I love the food from this restaurant! It’s always clean, and the portion sizes are decent . We ordered the grilled pork with vermicelli, noodle soup, fried rice, and shaky beef — all consistently delicious and satisfying. We definitely will come back.
I am eating Pho Hai Duong's Quail and Rice and let me tell you...DEEEELICIOUS! YUMYUM! I like when I go and see Mike (I think he's a manager) there :) So friendly and he makes sure you get what you want! Their Pho is good too! Seven Corners closed down Saigon Palace that sold the best Quail...this is my next go to place for some good Quail! Just wish they served ginger sauce.
Had a nice bowl of Pho tonight. I had my go to Pho Bo Vien. The broth was tasty and not too salty. It was mild so you could add your desired level of heat. I had to ask for some additional limes which is normal for me.
There were plenty of brisket and meatballs. There were plenty of veggies and oodles of noodles too. If you are looking for a nice bowl of pho look no further. Plus it was an easy walk from my hotel too bonus for that.
Best pho in tysons area. Their coconut juice and Vietnamese coffee are always so good
Great food. Went for quick Valentine's dinner. Very affordable.
Summer rolls were great, the spring rolls and pho on the other hand were underwhelming.
My second time here in a week, very nice, clean and awesome flavor. The service is great!
They have a diverse menu, and in my opinion, the food is average. I arrived at the restaurant at 4 PM, and there was no one else there besides me.
Pho Hai Duong in Vienna is a fantastic spot for pho and Vietnamese comfort food. Their pho broth is rich and flavorful, and the Pho with Everything includes a great variety of meats, including meatballs, which adds to the heartiness of the dish. We always order their summer rolls—they’re fresh, packed with shrimp, vermicelli, and herbs, and served with a delicious peanut dipping sauce. My husband loves their quail, which is well-seasoned, crispy on the outside, and juicy on the inside.
The restaurant has a cozy and casual atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed meal. The service is friendly and efficient, making sure orders come out quickly and hot. They also do great takeout, with well-packaged portions that stay fresh. Parking can be a little tight in the front, but there’s additional parking in the back, making it much easier to stop by even during peak hours.
Whether dining in or taking out, Pho Hai Duong is a solid go-to spot for quality pho and Vietnamese dishes!
This is the best pho place in the area and it has become my favorite spot. The broth always comes flavorful and hot. Service is super quick as well.

Love this place! Came here for lunch on 12/24, and the customers were steady. I had the lemongrass chicken which was very good, lots of chicken and rice. Hot condiments were on the table to spice it up. Good prices. I will definitely be back to try the pho, which a lot of people were ordering and looks amazing. Exceptionally clean and uncluttered, lots of space around the tables.
Jase and Valerie are the BUBBLE MASTERS
Jase and Valerie are incredible at what they do, their job at entertaining makes a kaleidoscope glow in envy. they truly deserve a raise and bonus and promotions
There is a racist waiter who didn't want us to eat there. The place is stupidly crazy.
Barely any meat in the pho
