I regret to say that my recent visit to Phoenicia Resto & Lounge for their buffet was incredibly disappointing. Firstly, the food variety was extremely limited, and what little they did offer was quickly depleted with no effort made to replenish it. Considering the high price charged for the buffet, this lack of variety and freshness was unacceptable. To add insult to injury, the staff were far from friendly. Their demeanor was cold and indifferent, making the already underwhelming experience even more unpleasant. Overall, I would strongly advise against dining at Phoenicia Resto & Lounge. The poor quality and variety of food, coupled with the unfriendly service, make it a regrettable choice for anyone seeking a satisfying dining experience.

Manager Mohammed is extremely rude. I attended an Iftar dinner that literally had almost the entire restaurant full and Mohammed acted like he was doing us a favor and not the other way around by filling up his establishment on a Tuesday evening.
