It’s a pretty average potbelly. I don’t really like how they operate since I’ll say I want one of the premade options, and then I still have to walk through the whole order. But the sandwich’s are usually pretty good considering what you’re paying. Better places to go for a sandwich around here though.

Honestly great experience here. Did a mobile order and everything was made right. The food was great and portions were also good. I didn’t interact with any employees since I just picked up a mobile order.

AVOID AT ALL COSTSThe worst-run Potbelly in NOVA.Asked for a melt. Barely had any cheese, when I inquired to the person making it, I got an extremely rude answer about "some else made the sub not me".Then they made me pay for it.So I had to purchase another one to get what I really wanted. What a scam.Rude, incompetent. Who ever is running this location needs better training.

I ordered a sandwich from potbelly and it came charred. When I called the shop the manager said she made herself and that they had a policy to not serve over grilled sandwiches. I offered to send her a picture but she kept insisting that it wasn’t burned. This is the second time in a row our order has been messed up.

It’s all about Ana! She is truly exceptional, the epitome of true customer service, and most importantly, a great human being! Ana deserves a raise and a promotion for making my experience, and the experiences of so many others, I’m certain, so wonderful. Thank you Ana!

I used to enjoy it more. Yet they really need to add some new subs. The Works is still a fun one, and the Turkey is quite tasty. They've really raised their prices. A sub, chips, and a drink is well over the $10 level now. To their credit, inflation is real, but they have glass bottle Orange Crush sodas. As for comfort, this has spacious tables. The chairs are good, and I like the speed the employees get food to you. Their nice folks. There's a lounge feel that I like. My hope is they are ready to add some new items. If in the area it's worth having lunch here.

Pros:*Ordered a Turkey Sandwich (lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, 8-inch white bread) - food tasted fresh + delicious.*Great value pricing - 8-inch turkey ($8.49), 6-inch + soup/mac ($9.99), 6-inch + half salad ($11.69) - all before tax.*Fill out survey receipt + get a free cookie on your next visit - the cookies are amazing.Cons:*Don't bake their bread in-house - comes shipped in plastic bags (texture is great, though).*Limited bread flavors (white/multigrain), sauces (mayo, mustard, horseradish aioli), + no vegan cheese/meats.*View of 'prep line' is blocked, so you lose transparency + sandwich "theater" appeal.Overall: Fast-casual sandwich spot, w/simple, polished menu + masterful execution. Not a big 'sandwich person', but these are just really dang craveable for some reason. High quality ingredients, reasonable pricing + great service too - would definitely return.

What is not to like about pot belly? Great sandwiches with a bit of spice. I love the peppers.

THERE WAS A LONG BLACK STRAND OF HAIR IN THE SANDWICH! This was my go-to location for potbelly and absolutely love their sandwiches but this was the most disgusting experience I ever had with Potbelly. I had ordered my sandwich on the app, picked it up from the shop and came home to eat it. Mid bite , I noticed something with a different texture and unfamiliar. I had to pull the hair out of sandwich and since it was quite long who knows what it touched and contaminated. I spoke to the employee at the shop on the phone and she seemed confused by the situation and proceeded to put me on hold to help another customer. This is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. I highly suggest that you go to another location and look out for any hair! GROSS!

This location was very quiet in a Friday night. We got our orders in right away. They got our orders right!

We stopped at Potbelly on our way through Vienna. The Apple Walnut salad was delicious. The greens were fresh, plenty of grilled chicken, apples, walnuts and blue cheese. The toasted smoked Ham sandwich had lots of ham and Swiss cheese. The service was excellent, fast and welcoming. Potbelly Sandwich Shop is now on our favorites list.

Excellent food at great price. It's so good I buy gift cards from Costco at a discounted price for an even better deal. My favorite is the Apple Walnut salad whereas my wife is really fond of the Steakhouse Beef sandwich.

Only one star because there’s no zero, called to place an order for pick up and was told to call back n pick option 3 so I did and the same girl answered and gave me the run around and would not take my order, you can have that place, probably dog food anyway!

From time to time, I get cravings for Potbelly sandwiches and chili. These cravings resulted in me trying most Potbelly locations in the DMV area. Well, this location might have won the least friendly Potbelly shop award. They weren't busy yet everyone acted like they were bothered to assist me...there is definitely some room to improve that customer service, not speaking of those sandwich wrapping skills (the Italian literally fell apart as I opened it - that's a first!)
