Their brisket pho is flavorful and comforting - one of my favorite places to get warm noodle soup. I recently tried their dessert trio of oats + sago (mango, peanut butter, and strawberry) and like that they aren't too sweet. I appreciate that they use avocado oil in all their cooking

I ordered this place a couple times. Did order a delivery order for pho oxtails and wings with house spicy sauce. It was not that great as I expected. $20~ for a bowl of pho but barely any meat, the soup is ok either not that great. For the wings, i dont recommend to order it because it taste very bland even with their house spicy sauce. I dont know why but their chain is going down hill so much when comes to taste. I dont mind to pay $20 for a bowl of pho but this is not worth it. Way too expensive with barely any meats in it.

As a New Yorker, Virginia seriously impresses me with its Asian options. I ate Roll Play four times in three days. Lots of GREAT vegan options — I truly can’t say enough about this place. Thank you for making my visit great. Will be back to exclusively order from you again.

Food is good but have to go there to eat. Don’t order takeout or delivery. Oct 17 ordered through uber eats and they forgot to put sauce for 6 summer rolls. That’s like eating a salad without dressing. Oct 28 ordered at 730, none of my food arrived. Uber delivered to wrong address. Ordered again, got my order at 930 and half the order was missing. Called the restaurant, some young girl answers and their excuse was they were very busy, got a rush of customers and they have no manager to talk to. As a small business owner myself I want them to succeed but this will be the last time I get food from. 3x=failure and someone from management needs to jump in and do some quality control and training.

Oxtail was fire!! I feel like this location was more of an express location not really meant to be had on-site. But the food was really good. The wings not my favorite. I would totally come back here again for the Pho and spring rolls

love that you can customize your food - is great when you have food restrictions or allergies, so many flavors and ingredients to choose from; and great service too!

Not very good pho.
The beef pho had only one kind of meat but it was too hard, too cooked, do my daughter did not eat them. Soup was also bland
The spicy oxtail pho was better.

I always order from here thru ubereats. I like their mom's fried rice, pho and banh mi. Looks like recently they changed the packaging and portion is smaller now which I don't like. Also the food got little greasier.

Best to go packaging I have ever seen. Veggie pho is always dressed and on point. Broth is everything!

Top notch service. My order was late and when the staff apologized I totally got it given their long list of orders that they had to complete. What made it special was he gave me a 10$ gift card, really kind gesture. The long list of orders made sense because their food is amazing, better than many high end restaurants.

Everything about the menu screams the food should be amazing, but every time I order it I’m disappointed. The ingredients and options all look amazing but there’s always something lacking in terms of seasoning, sauces, or traditional Vietnamese staple ingredients. I’ve had several of the Bahn Mi sandwiches with different combinations but they’ve all been OK at best and you’re better off getting a traditional Bahn mi elsewhere (at half the price too). Also had summer rolls with disgusting salmon that tasted days old. Pricing is exorbitantly more than your typical Vietnamese, which I understand due to the ingredients, but at that price point the quality should be better.

Really sad this place isn’t better, it had so much potential. In summary just go to another Vietnamese restaurant.
