Went for an anniversary dinner and the staff went out of their way to make it a special occasion. Our table was decorated, we had multiple staff members wishing us a happy anniversary through the night, and we received a complimentary dessert. Our server Andy was wonderful. And the food, as always, was spectacular. We will be returning to this location often in the future.

I hadn't been to Ruth's Chris in many years, and the last time I went I wasn't impressed. I went this time because I had a gift card. Really glad I did. I started with the Steak House salad with creamy basil dressing. It was slightly overdressed, but otherwise lovely. My lamb chops were exactly as I ordered them - medium - and juicy and tender. The asparagus were served with hollandaise on the side, which was handy, because I took half of them home. The carrot cake was so massive that I had to take most of it home, and it will take me about a week to finish it! Our server, Sean, was very attentive without being intrusive. He recommended a cabernet that was outstanding, and I regret not getting the name. I will definitely dine at Ruth's Chris again!

Came in on a Friday for happy hour and started off having a great time. My first bartender was awesome—friendly, quick, my drink was good but the bang bang shrimp was a bit dry as if the chef didn’t coat them well enough.
When his shift ended, another bartender took over for the rest of my visit. By the time I finished my meal (about $30 during happy hour ), I paid with a $50 and kept eating while waiting for my change. Fifteen minutes went by and he never came back. I finally flagged someone down, and when he returned he said he thought the extra $20 was his tip and would need to get his manager to get my change. I tip well and don’t mind being generous, but it felt off that he assumed the entire balance was a tip without checking first. Tips are something you leave after the service, not something to assume. The food and drinks were genuinely good, but that last interaction definitely left a sour note on what was otherwise a great visit.

It was a quiet night which is always nice. Food came out quickly and everything went smoothly. Service was amazing. The waiter also made lots of suggestions which always helps. Only complaint is the parking. It should be better marked where patrons can park. Other than that I highly recommend.

Haven’t been to a Ruth Chris in nearly 10 years. We were ready to try a delicious steak. Ordered the 40 oz tomahawk ribeye, veal ravioli, creamed spinach, and lobster Mac and cheese. Service was attentive at the beginning, but waned after the food was served. My pet peeve abruptly came up when the server quickly started taking away the plates. In one instance, my son was still eating his food, when she quickly took his plate. I could understand if it was a full house, but left me yearning to quickly leave as soon as I paid the bill. We didn’t even order dessert. Sadly won’t be returning to this place.

We have been to many Ruth Chris locations around the country and always enjoyed the experiences. Tonight we went to the Ruth’s Chris in Tysons corner and we’re extremely disappointed with our overall experience. Although the food was still very good, our service was absolutely terrible. The courses were rushed, they were stuffing new plates on our table before we were finished with the previous course and any dirty dishes were removed. There was no offer to refill drinks, water glasses were not filled up, and the waitress just overall was not attentive. The worst part was the manager came to the table and asked us about our experience and we very respectfully told him what had been going on and he did nothing about it. We will not be visiting this Ruth Chris location again.
Food was good and service was amazing! Went to celebrate my wife's birthday and they hit a home run!!! Also was our first time at Ruth's Chris ever. We will be back!

Reserved a quiet table and expected the usual outstanding service and food. We were greatly disappointed! For starters, when we asked the server about two bottles of wine, she left and returned 8 minutes later suggesting the $110+ bottle. We ordered it and she left for another few minutes to get a beer list. When she returned, two of the ladies told her they would be the only ones drinking wine. She immediately un corked the bottle, fill a glass and handed it to my son-in-law who asked for the beer list. No tasting or cork presentation! He wanted a beer! Same thing happened when we ordered a second bottle! Two of the steaks were ordered medium rare and were presented medium well. We had to wait for the sides and when they were delivered, no serving spoons. We had to ask repeatedly to have the dish ware removed the table! Both ladies ordered a steak and side order of shrimp! They only received three of the six shrimp on the menu. Overall, everything that could go wrong, did! Worst serve ever.
