The food was exceptional, and the timing was perfect. The server was not very knowledgeable about the available beer selections; which he admitted were very limited. He said Miller Light was an option, but after I ordered it, came back and said they did not have Miller. Then he offered Modelo, I ordered that, and then he reversed and said "actually" they didn't have any Modelo. I gave up.

My mother in law took her family here for her retirement dinner. She was told that the meal had been paid for by her employer. When she discovered that there had been no correspondence between the employer and Ruth’s Chris, she was berated repeatedly by the manager and told that they would call the police if the bill wasn’t paid. Watching my MIL pour tears while charging everyone’s bill with her employer on the phone, and the way the manager was horribly rude during that entire exchange, means we’ll never go here again.

The filet with shrimp was exquisite. As well as the crammed spinach, au gratin potatoes, and cremini mushrooms! Everything was rich and tasty! Thank you! Also, got a lovely surprise dessert for the birthday girl!

Formerly a favorite steakhouse for excellent steaks in the Tysons area. Last two visits over the last couple of months were disappointing. Steaks were overcooked. Med-rare came out medium or medium-plus. And server didn’t inquire if the steaks were cooked properly. Not sure why this steakhouse has slipped.

Had the pleasure of a quiet night and a dinner just for me and I can't say enough good things. The Server, Alexa, attentive, quick, the personality you can only hope for at a great restaurant. Food, spot on...perfect cook, great flavor. Even with a great meal, I could have been served a cheeseburger and fries and I would have left 5 stars...simply because of the service. I will be back.

I’ve been to many Ruth’s Chris and this was the best for steak yet. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. Our table was dirty, our server was aloof or maybe high. She never checked on us or if the food was to our liking; we had to ask the host to bring us a dessert menu but the server still was missing so we didn’t get dessert. To top it off, she ran my card, then brought me the wrong receipt to sign. If I didn’t notice this then someone could have been double charged. We were severely dissatisfied with the service, thankfully the food was great but I won’t be back.

I had an unforgettable experience at Ruth Chris in Tyson’s last night; of course because you cannot go wrong with Ruth Chris, but the service was above and beyond. Enough for me to leave a review, which I usually only do when someone has really left an impression.

The food of course was amazing, my son had the ribeye and I had a filet with lobster; he said it was the best steak he’s ever had, even while he has lost a little of his taste, is a meat eater and has had really great steak in a lot of places.

What took our experience over the top was the young lady Alexa who took care of us. From the very start, she had an amazing, personable personality and really cared about our experience. She was extremely attentive and wanted to make sure everything was perfect for us. She talked with my son and made sure he felt taken care of and even gave him some great marketing ideas for his YouTube channel.

We will definitely be coming back to this Ruth Chris location, because of Alexa. I know and hope she will soon be moving up the ranks here or wherever her feet lands her; she definitely deserves it all and more! Thank you Alexa for an amazing experience and outstanding service; others should learn and take many notes from you and your work!

Alexa made our Christmas Eve dinner at Ruth’s Chris truly special. She was attentive, warm, and made the entire evening feel effortless. The food was a hit all around—perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. A wonderful experience from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back!

Tysons Ruth Chris team and manager came through last minute for our family. They were able to accommodate our annual Christmas sides order on short notice. The bar staff even served up some great drinks while we waited. Truly 5 star service.

Restaurant is dated - looks to be stuck in the 1990s and certainly not helped by its odd location in a random office building. Food was ok, but better steaks can be had at the same price.

Ruth’s Chris was extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, highly overrated. From the moment we were seated, the service was unacceptable. We waited approximately 30 minutes before our waitress even greeted us. After that, it took another 20 minutes just to receive our drinks, followed by an additional 15–20 minutes before we were able to place our order.

Once the order was placed, the food took about 45 minutes to arrive—despite the restaurant being nearly empty on a Saturday night around 7 PM, which made the excessive wait even more confusing and frustrating.

When the food finally arrived, it was equally disappointing. The cream of spinach was more like a watery, unappetizing soup, and the tuna was not cooked well-done as specifically requested. We were also missing items from our order, further adding to the poor experience.

Overall, this was some of the worst service I’ve encountered in a long time, especially for a restaurant that positions itself as upscale. To make matters worse, I became sick the very next day, which raises serious concerns about food quality and handling.

For the price and reputation, this experience fell far below expectations. I would not return or recommend this location.

Aaron was a great waiter. The food was fresh, hot, and very well prepared. All of the staff was very friendly and professional. The ambience was what also very nice. It's my first time at this location but it will not be my last!
