I got the Dubai Chocolate milk shake. The cup enjoyed the chocolate better then me. Over prices $9.99 and I waited 15 min for the shake and fries. I guess the had to go to Dubai to get the chocolate because when I got in the car my fries were so cold I couldn't eat them. The tasted like cardboard. One and done.

Shake Shack Pike 7 – Second Chance, Same Result ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5)
This is my second visit to the Shake Shack Pike 7 location. I first came when they had just opened, and I wasn’t impressed then. Today, I was craving a burger and happened to be in the area, so I decided to give them another try.
It was a Friday around 5 PM, and they weren’t busy. I ordered a double cheeseburger and a drink. The food came out quickly, and the service was friendly — no complaints there.
Unfortunately, the burger still wasn’t to my taste. Both patties were a bit dry and overly salty. I’m a big burger fan and have enjoyed Shake Shack at other locations, but this one just didn’t hit the mark for me. While I can see how some people might enjoy it, it’s simply not for me.

Ordered at kiosk at 808pm and did not receive food at table. Dirty tables with dried lettuce and trash. Front counter had dried ketchup and something crusty near water cups.
The way that Angel, the person behind the counter treated me was exceptional, and I can see her being a manager one day. You should really put her into manager training and start promoting her up to be an example for other people.

My banana pudding milkshage was so so, my chickenters too breaded too saltyfor more than $8 very disappointed. Sthe staf was very nice the place was clean, and like anywhere now you order through a POS, then link your order to a number on a stick, provided by the computer. And your asked to tip when you almost do it all!

Slow, confusing service Food was fine but took forever to receive. Much more expensive than I would have expected. The area near the food delivery area was mobbed, no one in the rest of the place. Tablets for ordering are placed opposite, and not obvious when entering. It took me over 30 minutes to get food in part because it took me so long to realize that no one at the counter was going to take an order and I needed to find the kiosks
