Just went to try to get smoothies for my family at 5:27pm on a Monday, and at first I walked in and waited for a bit and nobody came out to help me. Came back a few minutes later and a woman told me with an annoyed tone that they were closed. No signs on the doors (except for that they are supposed to be open until 9), and the doors were clearly open so perhaps if you’re going to close much earlier than you’re supposed to, take the initiative to make the store looks closed and be a little more polite about it.

i've been a regular at the smoothie king downstairs from my workplace, and i can't say enough good things about it. the regional manager, jerry, has always been incredibly welcoming and kind, not just to me but also to my fellow crew members. his warm and friendly attitude makes every visit a pleasure. they’re also great about partnering with us for events, making the process easy and seamless. the smoothies are, of course, fantastic, but it's the exceptional customer service that truly sets this location apart. whether you're grabbing a quick smoothie on the go or stopping by for a break, you’ll always be greeted with a smile and great service. highly recommend!

I came in to this smoothie king by accident but it was the best case scenario! Dakota created me when I came in and was very accommodating of my food restrictions and allergies. She took the time to show me my best options and even made sure the prep are was clean and ready. I hope I have a silly mischance just to come back to this location. 20/10 would recommend it purely for Dakotas patience and service

I recently visited this location and noticed some issues with customer service. One staff member was sitting with her boyfriend while the other was working. The sitting employee seemed to lack customer service experience, which should be addressed. In contrast, I love visiting the Maple Ave location, where the staff are dedicated and always provide service with a smile."
As soon as we walked in, the guy did not welcome us, almost didn't even look at us. While ordering he was on his phone and did not say anything except for the price. He gave us the receipt and walked away while STILL loking at his phone. I was like if the store is empty then you have plenty of time to be at your phone, but when a costumer enters the store they need to do better. I've been to other loctions and they actually pay attention to the costumer and even suggest stuff from the menu when you are not sure about something. Need more details? No one said hi or anything. The girl Shamya is very unprofessional . She would look at you not even say hello or we be right with you. She was in her phone taking a personal phone call in front of customers. Micheal was great. Shamya acting like she didn’t want to work.

Every employee that I have encountered at this location has the worse attitude. There is never anyone at the front counter, they’re always in the back. When the associates do come to the front, they always act as though you’ve interrupted them and are causing an inconvenience. Please do better!
