On several occasions and when I have been to this place I have been on the road and the service is really terrible, a dark-skinned girl and another dark-skinned boy make shopping the worst experience, I don't know if they think they are doing me a favor by serving me or if they are leaving me to give away the drink, it's the worst, those people don't have the slightest desire to serve, you can even see the annoyance on their faces because they have to stop to serve, I'm sorry for you but that store is going to lose a lot of customers if they continue with that attitudeOn several occasions and I have been to this place, I am left on the road and the service is really terrible, a dark-skinned girl and another dark-skinned boy make shopping the worst experience, I don't know if they think they are doing me in favor by serving me or if They are going to give me the drink, it's the worst, those people don't have the will to serve, you can even see the annoyance on their faces because they have to get up to serve.

Stop adding fruit to my chocolate protein shakes. Absolutely disgusting. If I say give me a chocolate ______, that’s all you should give me. I should not have to list every single fruit in the world that I don’t want included. I don’t care that each smoothie gets +1 fruit. If I wanted fruit I would ask for fruit. This is why nobody likes your shakes, you ruin them with things nobody asks for. Leading to wasted money, wasted trips, when I could’ve gone to tropical smoothie instead.Edit: you want to make it right? Bring me what I asked for, I shouldn’t have to come back and stand in line again because you all added things I told you I didn’t want. If I say “no fruit” I mean no fruit.

Server gave off a rude attitude when we entered as there was only about half an hour till closing time and a few minutes later another costumer entered and she gave a face as if she was annoyed.

This location seems to never open on time. I’ve waited outside for ten minutes before the store opened. The associate didn’t even speak to me as I came in. I enjoy getting my smoothies from here but they never open on time. Highly unprofessional and very inconvenient for my schedule. The opening time says 8 during the week days, I’m unable to get into the store for my order until 8:10 - 8:15a. This occurs more than 3x times a week. If there was another location near by, I would go there because this location is unreliable with opening on time.

I've been to various locations in the area, but this one is the most central to me. My usual go to at this place is called the Gladiator coffee which includes protein and bananas. This time around I wanted to try something different that wasn't coffee related. I decided to go for The Hulk which has even double the punch! I ordered the 32 ounce with is roughly 1000 calories. The smoothie tastes like no other and it comes with butter pecan ice cream, other fruits and strawberries which was my selected flavor. Wonderful service and a wonderful place!

I have normally come here on occasion for the Gladiator coffee, but this time around I wanted to try something different. For todays visit I went for The Hulk protein shake. The 32 ounce drinks packs about 1000 calories and at just over $9.00 it is not for the calorie conscious shopper. The drink includes butter pecan ice cream and a choice of vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry flavoring. I chose strawberry simply because it's my favorite for every type of ice cream or smoothie drink. I came in right around noon because I was doing some shopping nearby, and there was only a single customer inside of the store. The two employees were ready to take my order, and there was no wait whatsoever. The is also plenty of seating inside, and they also have a variety of healthy food options.

I came in for a smoothie while a young brunette girl and a young blonde boy were working, and as soon as I walked in the went to the back for about 7 minutes before coming back out and finally taking my order. I will never be coming back to this location.

Ordered my smoothie online. When I walked in there were two females. Didn't even look at me or said hello. And by my body language you can tell I didn't know what to do. I looked lost. Since I go to the one in Joyce st by pentagon they always have my smoothie in a mini fridge. So I was waiting for the hello and did you order online? What's your name ? And them pulling out my cold smoothie out the mini fridge. I got nothing of that in this smoothie king. After a good 3 mins I realized that my drink was standing on a stand when I grabbed it and took a sip it was already warm, and melted. Never going to this smoothie spot again. Get new people that want to work and stock up even on straws.

Ordered for pickup today at 6:57am. Supposed to be open at 6:30am. Upon arrival, store was closed and lights off. Called # and no ability to leave voicemail (kept ringing). Went to website to send message and smoothieking website requires a store number but finding one for your location is impossible. So, basically, no way to contact them locally or issue a note through the website w/o a store number.

I dont want to be mean by putting 2 stars but the smoothie wasnt good.. you know when you leave ur frozen mangoes out so they become room temperature? Yeah thats what my Gut Health Papaya Mango Ginger tasted like. If you want a normal-tasting smoothie I recommend you try an “enjoy a treat blend” or something T_T Also it was so overpriced, small bad smoothie for $8. Atleast the protein bar selection was nice..
