I have been coming here for burgers for years and it never disappoints. The atmosphere is relaxed and the team is always friendly. The sweet potato fries are perfectly crispy and pair wonderfully with their flavorful red Thai curry mayo. I recently tried the February special, the carne asada burger, and it was absolutely amazing. Every visit feels like a treat!

Stopped by Social Burger in Vienna for a quick lunch between appointments, and it was a huge disappointment. The place was completely empty, yet they charged me over $16 for one of the worst meals I’ve had in a while.
The fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil — overcooked, hard, and clearly sitting under a heat lamp for way too long. When I complained, they offered to make another batch, but I declined since I had already lost my appetite.
The burger wasn’t any better — dry meat and slightly burnt buns. The only decent part of the meal was the lettuce, tomato, and pickled onions.
I will never go back to this chain again and strongly recommend avoiding dining at this location. There are plenty of better spots around Vienna that actually care about freshness and quality.

Words cannot do this place justice. I have had so many burgers from so many restaurants, even one that cost $50 once to see what it was like, and this place blows everything else out of the water. I challenge everyone to find a better burger than the ones served here. The food is PERFECTION. The milkshakes are incredible too. Get a pumpkin pie one if they’re in season. Atmosphere fits the place well, and you can take a sticker with you and take a picture with it when you travel to get put on a board in the restaurant. Service is always quality. If you have any questions, go right on ahead and ask.

My god I love this place. I first heard about it from the WaPo about and from the heap of praise had to try it. After doing so I fully understand why it's consistently ranked as one of the top burger places in the DMV. It's clean, quick and efficient and the flavors are very good. Their Social Sauce is pretty damn good and the sweet potato waffle fries have the perfect amount of salt on them. Dipped into that sauce? Yum!! I'm a big fan of the monthly specials as well and definitely encourage folks to try them!

One of the best burgers and fries I’ve ever had! You walk in and it’s got this feeling like, “Yeah. I’m in the right spot for a good juicy burger.” Kind of had a hole in the wall feel, but in a good way. The kitchen is viewable from the front so you can see what the cooks are doing in the back while they’re erecting your incredible burger. On the menu you can literally choose anything you want to make the burger any creation you want. They have chicken as well, but because I got the burger this time it’s what I want to focus on.
I was greeted with a nice welcoming hello as I walked in. The lady at the register asked if I knew what I want and when I said no she gave me the time and space to make my decisions without rushing me. Now maybe that would have been a different story had it been the lunch hour rush, but I was there prior to that. I got the Nickster (Double Patty) with bacon, American cheese, provolone, and lettuce with an order of hand cut fries. The burger was cooked to perfection as were the fries. Thank you for a great and quick experience. I will be back for sure!

First time eating here today and wasn’t impressed . The onions rings or should I call them batter rings were cold and had barely any onion in the rings . The burger was like warm. The burger was decent flavor but over cooked. The shake was decent but the banana pudding tastes artificial. Food is definitely not worth the price and this place is a hard pass if you haven’t tried this place. Wish it was better.
