We just bought 2 drinks and they tasted like nothing, the lady at the front was not good since she just looked at us like if we forced her to work there and she literally throw our drinks. The guy was good tho. I didn’t ask to remake it because I feel bad to do it and because it is my fault to keep buying these things😩😂 but yeah.

Worst Starbucks service ever. Never had to buy first to use the restroom in any Starbucks in my life lol. We were going to make purchase anyways. The barista in the front when we asked sir what is the code for the bathroom he said you have to make purchase for me to say the code. Since when did customer service get to this down low. Mind you I’m a pregnant woman being asked to hold my urgency to spend money first. It’s shows so much about how this place cares about their customers. I’m sorry but humanity is dead In this place. Never again will I come here. I had to rush to join the line to make my order and now I’m going to use the restroom.

Only two employees scheduled on a Saturday morning. Waited almost 30 minutes for our drinks and food. They seriously need to give the employees that were there a major pay raise.
Seems like new staff aren’t trained on tea orders yet. Whenever I request extra tea bags on the side, they’re always placed into my cup, causing me to leave my order behind. More training needed!

Extremely Disappointed and Offended – Racially Insensitive Experience
I had a deeply upsetting experience at this Starbucks location (Pike 7 Shopping Center – 8381 Leesburg Pike, Vienna, VA) on March 13th, between 8:10 AM and 8:20 AM. I placed a mobile order under the name Chunsoo Kim, and when I picked up my drink, I was shocked to find a drawing on my cup that resembled an angry-looking caricature of an Asian person.
This was not a friendly or neutral sketch—it clearly had racial undertones, and it left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I cannot understand why a Starbucks employee would think this was appropriate.
I expected better from Starbucks, a company that claims to value diversity and inclusivity. This experience was incredibly disappointing, and I hope Starbucks takes immediate action to address this issue.

Waiting 25 minutes for an order, finally had to give up and leave as I had an appointment to get to. This is the slowest location. Waste of time and money. I do not recommend going to the Pike7 Plaza location.
