Ordered two sandwiches for pickup to be made 20 minutes ago for lunch. The store seems to prioritize in person orders over online, so what’s the point of ordering for pickup then? Now my lunch break is over, I have no sandwiches, and I’m out $20. Unacceptable.

I was waiting to place a sandwich order. One of the women working there came up and just stared at me without even asking if I was ready to order. So, I asked, “Can I order?” and she just gave me a weird look and responded rudely. After I ordered, I noticed that my footlong wasn’t cut, so I asked the male employee to cut it. She stared at me, wiped the dirty knife on my bread wrapper, and then cut it. I’ve never experienced customer service this bad before. The male employee was nice, but this is unacceptable.
I don’t like leaving such negative reviews, but this experience left me no choice.

They close before the stipulated time, at 1:45 am it is already closed.
Horrible service. Stood there for about 5 minutes with no acknowledgment. Finally Left after i saw the worker dip a receipt in the tuna meat…

Don't use the app here, and damn sure don't pay for extra meat, etc. They will not ever give it to you. If you don't watch these thieves make your sandwich, you will get ripped off. You're not getting extra veggies either.It's getting worse, in fact. It's absolutely the worst subway for this. Today, I tried one more time for double meat.... I got less than even the regular amount. Ham and turkey... double meat. It had one layer of each meat, and 4 inches on one side didn't have any ham at all.Double meat, all veg, extra lettuce and tomatoes, and it was the smallest sub I've ever received.

No, with my money and my hand about to walk to the door he locks it There was 2 other people wanting to get food also.. He's lost my business. I am never coming back to your restaurant ever again. As long as I live in northern virginia. There's two other people that was Wanting to get food also.
