Everything but the service was excellent. The vibe and food were good. However, the customer service felt off from the beginning. After a massage, I was debating between sushi or Chinese (like Chef Tan) and decided on Sweet Ginger. I almost wish I could have a redo.

I stuck it out, but the gentleman serving me had an attitude, as if he’d rather be serving anyone else. Mind you, I was just sitting there, chilling and eating. I still tipped, but for any solo diners who experience the same thing, I’d say don’t leave a tip and just go about your merry day.

A quick note: if you walk in and are greeted with a cold “How may I help you?” instead of the normal “How many?”—consider docking from the tip. I don’t even need a “hey,” but the standard “how many?” is plenty.

Overall, I can’t wait for the day robots start replacing some of these inconsiderate folks.

I'd definitely skip it for the many other great sushi places here. Arbitrary policies that they apply at will to different people. Manager has an attitude.

The restaurant was in the shopping center across from the Giant Food Supermarket. I was greeted promptly as I entered. This establishment has a fully stocked bar and served alcohol. There are a lot of sushi options. I decided to dine in and there were plenty of table tables. I ordered the teriyaki chicken and it came out quickly hot and delicious. I was able to use the restroom and it was clean.

I’ve been here a couple of times, and both times it absolutely hit the spot. They stay busy, so I definitely recommend calling ahead for a reservation—it’s worth the effort.

The sushi? Amazing. Fresh, buttery fish that practically melts in your mouth, perfectly seasoned rice with just the right amount of stickiness, and beautifully balanced flavors in every bite. Each roll felt carefully crafted, not rushed, and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients.

If you’re a sushi lover, this place won’t disappoint.

Average strip mall Asian place. Spring rolls were excellent, sushi was good, chicken satay and other dishes were ok.

Server was crabby and curt, but maybe she just lost her goldfish and was having a bad day.

Not worth seeking out, but not a place to avoid either.

The duck confei, is quite nice, if you're looking for an authentic, comfort dish. The sushi is always amazing. I prefer the smoked salmon sashimi, myself.

Random stop for sushi. The menu is more extensive than just sushi. It’s perfect for everyone reference. The miso soup and little green salad are perfect to my taste buds: not too salty, not sour and full of sesame dressing. Fried rice is very fragrant with basil leaves aroma. Not salty at all tiny bit oily but it was not saturated

Went here for a quick lunch on a Thursday. Not crowded and service was a little slow. Chirashi and the lunch box tempura was ok. Miso soup was tepid and very salty. This restaurant has been here a long time and the decor shows it.

Amazingly fresh fish. So delicious, and great value, too! Servings of the A combination of sushi, really good California roll, soup and salad was almost too much to finish. Husband had steak bento box which was delicious and also a very large meal.

Staff is efficient and unobtrusive. The restaurant itself is clean and beautifully decorated. Plenty of free parking.

Highly recommend!!
