Sweet Leaf is an incredibly clean, cozy and cute spot ideal for relaxing. The food is absolutely delicious, with options that are as healthy as they are varied, satisfying any craving. The employees are always kind and efficient, making the visit even more pleasant. A perfect experience - I'll be back very soon!!

Horrible customer service with all servers speaking in Spanish (Honduras) in a derogatory manner and making fun of customers without realizing that folks understand Spanish. I would strongly urge the manager, Haider, to either train them on customer service or replace them.

I do love sweet leaf and have been eating here since a long time but recently this maple location has seen a decrease in the quality of grilled chicken. For the past few times the grilled chicken has been very tough to the point where it is unchewable. Also the amount of chicken they add into the bowl for the price has also decreased considerably. So maybe one might get a better bowl at other chains for the same price? Food for thought…

I was excited to have one of my favorites, Sweet Leaf, but unfortunately I became unwell after my visit from 4pm yesterday. While I can’t say with certainty what caused it, I did not feel good following my meal. I was out running errands and this was my only meal. I hope the restaurant reviews its food handling and quality practices so that future guests have a safer, more enjoyable experience.

The Sweetleaf in Vienna has the nicest customer service of any restaurant I’ve been to. They have delicious food and listen carefully and make suggestions if you ask. We drive out of our way just to eat there.

Do not eat here if you are hungry! I ordered take out and had a good laugh when I got home and opened the lid. Paid $15 for a bowl that was barely half full. And worse, half of the meal was the salad mix. I finished the rice and protein in five bites. It looked and tasted good but was nothing special and not many toppings. Ladies were nice at the store.

As of August 2025, service continues to be terrible. The lady in charge (wears glasses) continues to make derogatory remarks about customers in Spanish and laughs as a group with colleagues. UNACCEPTABLE & UNPROFESSIONAL!
Fantastic food but below par service. Lady with glasses and a bit overweight (most likely one of the managers) always makes derogatory comments about customers in Spanish without realizing that folks understand Spanish. Please provide customer_service_101 to that lady or replace her. Thanks much.
This inflation has made sweet leaf less of an option to eat at! My salad used to be $12, now I paid, same salad same ingredients nothing changed but the price, to $16. That's insane nothing special, no size difference! Special instructions are for special requests if the receipt & request online saying no running yolk there's a reason.

I understand the reasons why restaurants do this (customers eat quicker resulting in higher turnover) and maybe I’m just getting older but I’m just trying to enjoy a leisurely lunch or dinner. I’m not in a nightclub so please stop blasting EDM. Next time I will be taking it to-go.
