I built my own bowl and it was ok but the service was not great. They didn't tell me a veggie I added would cost extra, and since I assumed it was one of the 4 included I didn't know I could have added another for no extra cost. The employees also seemed overly eager for me to place my order while I was still reading the menu, even though there was no one waiting behind me, so I felt rushed and didn't have time to choose what I really wanted. I really want to like this place - the ingredients seem decent and there is a generous serving size. But I had the Chimichurri bowl for takeout and the beef was ridiculously overcooked. Maybe it has the right doneness in the store but sadly it was inedible on delivery.

It has been quite some time since our last visit to this restaurant. We anticipate returning at some point in the future to indulge in its delectable food crafted from fresh, high-quality ingredients.
