The Sweetleaf in Vienna has the nicest customer service of any restaurant I’ve been to. They have delicious food and listen carefully and make suggestions if you ask. We drive out of our way just to eat there.

I understand the reasons why restaurants do this (customers eat quicker resulting in higher turnover) and maybe I’m just getting older but I’m just trying to enjoy a leisurely lunch or dinner. I’m not in a nightclub so please stop blasting EDM. Next time I will be taking it to-go.

Great food, great service otherwise.

I built my own bowl and it was ok but the service was not great. They didn't tell me a veggie I added would cost extra, and since I assumed it was one of the 4 included I didn't know I could have added another for no extra cost. The employees also seemed overly eager for me to place my order while I was still reading the menu, even though there was no one waiting behind me, so I felt rushed and didn't have time to choose what I really wanted.
