If you want a real ghost kitchen experience with an emphasis on the ghost this place is for you. We ordered food two weeks ago and it still hasn’t been made but hey, they at least charged our credit card! After multiple phone calls and emails requesting a refund, I’m not expecting one. They don’t even have the courtesy to reply to emails.*edit*Response to business below: if you don’t have records then how did I magically receive a response from you just a few hours after posting this review?

The concept is good and the food tasty, but the business could be run much better. Waiting for service at the window just doesn't work as no one comes to serve you and the staff acts as if you aren't there. We went ahead and ordered online and returned when told. We rang the bell and waited again for much too long, even after being seen by someone who motioned for someone else. When we got home, we realized that our bread was not included with the hummus, and they forgot to add chickpeas (included in the description) to the salad. The dishes were otherwise tasty (though the beef had too much grizzle). I am generally generous with my reviews, but I cannot be following this experience. There are too many places serving food of equal or better quality at better prices than here.

This was my first time order at TKC. I ordered a Serata pizza. I arrived on schedule for a pickup and found a cold pizza waiting for me. Not a great value for an 8-inch pizza that cost $16 before taxes and tips.Suggestion to management if they would like a higher level of return customers: any combination of 1) lower your price, 2) provide a larger pizza and especially 3) KEEP THE PIZZA WARM until customer pick-up. If I have to reheat it when I get home I might as well buy a frozen pizza from the supermarket.P.S. I very infrequently post reviews but this experience stood out.

Great potential for the falafel platter, with some missteps that keep it from being five stars.First, the good:- sauces were excellent (toum, shut)- dips were great (hummus, labneh, and a chickpea stew)- bread (shrak) was great- fries were great (served with cilantro)- onion/parsley garnish was very good but needed to be more of it- falafel was good- salata was pretty goodHere’s what can be improved:- the Persian style grilled tomato and grilled onion make no sense as a side for a falafel platter… it should either be served with tabbouleh or chopped raw tomatoes and onion, either of which add freshness and cut through the heavy sauces- speaking of tabbouleh, it was supposed to come with some but didn’t- the fries, falafel and chickpea stew were a little too salty- personal preference: I don’t like pickled beets in general very much, I didn’t like these pickled beets in particular very much, and I strongly feel that pickled cucumbers are superior on a falafelThe good parts about the platter were great. But, the actual falafel wrap was a little off, because it lacked fresh veggies. The sauce, the bread will keep me coming back, but I hope the owners take note of this feedbackVegetarian options: Falafel platter seems to be vegetarian friendly

This place is a mixed kitchen with a variety of different food and vendors. Have been here twice so far and overall I'd say it's a place I'll come back to every couple weeks since I work close by. I've ordered a variety of things but my favorite dish so far is the lamb Toksha from Yasmines kitchen along with the fries and the garlic sauce. Everything was seasoned well and had good flavor.

Overall: disappointing. Won't return. Not a good value.Curbside pickup: ordered curbside pickup. When I arrived I clicked a link from the text to let them know I was there. It forwarded me to a web page that said they would be right out. After several minutes of waiting and I went upstairs to find my food. It was just sitting in the window. I told them I was waiting for curbside and they seemed surprised. My receipt said, "CURBSIDE" in large capitalized print.Food: Meshawi platter + falafel. Everything looked and tasted like it had been sitting around on a buffet line all day. Nothing was hot or warm.Falafel: extremely dry. Not good or remotely hot.Lamb kabob: my favorite of the bunch. Pretty tasty. Not very much of this one.Pita: dry, toughShish taok: not bad. Much less of this than the beef.Beef shawarma: chewy, tough, not good. They have us twice as much of this than the chicken or lamb. We didn't eat it. Went to the garage disposal. The rest: fries pretty good, hummus ok, labneh strangely runny and not much flavor. Salad, grilled onions and pickles weren't bad.

Hey guys, looks like amazing food - did the veggie protein options or fish?

First!Ordered delivery via the website, falafel and beef shawarma sandwiches. They were both fantastic. Can't wait to try the other concepts. Extremely excited to have this addition to the area.
