The customer service is horrible. The people who are serving the ice cream acted like I was bothering them. I was hoping the ice cream would make up for the terrible customer service but it did not. Very limited options and tasted like it was sitting in the freezer for a long time and the waffle cone was stale 🤢.

My fiance and I loved the place. Excellent selection of flavors. Plenty of delicious sorbet options for those who have issues with dairy. Very generous with their scoops.

Their ice cream cakes are delicious! I’m a Carvel convert. None of this “ice cream cake” that has…cake(!)…in it. What’s the matter with those people?
I wish they had custom cakes and flavors; my son doesn’t like the chocolate here (it’s a little “grown up” for his tastes); alas, you get what you get. Seriously, if I found a place that made ice cream cakes that were both delicious AND custom decorated, I don’t know what I’d do with myself….have a lot less stress around my kids’ birthdays. At least they’re all pretty plainly decorated so you can zshuz them up with toys, fondant things you get on Etsy, cookies.
I highly recommend the cakes, and they generally have a variety to choose from in the shop.

Popped in here with my daughters after having lunch next door at Red Bird. Loved the ice cream. It's definitely creamier and thicker than you'll find at most places. Which I like a lot. Good variety of flavors and options like milkshakes, sundaes, etc. The staff is friendly and quick to offer a sample. My girls LOVED trying different flavors.

The ice cream was delicious. I had the double chocolate and the wife had the java chip or espresso chip. Outrageous. The store is cute and clean and inside a nice plaza with plenty of parking.

Really top notch ice cream and generally a great experience. What would make this an even better experience though is if, after I just paid $9 for an ice cream cone for my son on a 100 degree afternoon, the young man with the JMU hat would let me have a large cup for water. Little things like that go a long way.
