The ladies that work on sat mornings are amazing, very respectful and helpful.

I’ve come to this location multiple times and had mixed experiences. The staff here are nice and friendly to their customers, but I feel like the food quality could be better. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap, but I felt like there was far too much sauce in it, making it a little bit messy. The mocha madness was also a bit watery compared to the mocha madness I’ve had in other Tropical Smoothie places. I’ve also gotten a quesadilla from here and was disappointed by the lack of flavor. I’ve tried their blimey limey on the other hand, and the quality was pretty good.

I regularly order from 3 different Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations and this location consistently has the lowest quality smoothies. I'm not sure what is going on but my perception is that they are skimping on ingredients to cut costs. I had a Bahama Mama on my most recent visit that was a pale pinkish brownish color and tasted very watered down and icy, like it barely had any fruit. And all of this is very typical of my previous visits here. I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe but I do not recommend this location.

I recently had the opportunity to visit this cafe, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed by the food quality. The Caribbean Jerk Chicken Wrap had a delightful mix of flavors, and the Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread was equally satisfying. The service and cafe were efficient and well-maintained, with charming and vibrant interior decor.
I am looking forward to returning soon to sample their renowned smoothies and other delectable offerings.

Terrible customer service! They mess up my order all the time and today when they messed up my order I asked them to make it right by throwing in a free bag of chips and they said no. They acknowledged my order was not complete, said they were “out” of what my order was supposed to come with, and the substitutes they had were not acceptable. Basically they didn’t have any salsa and I ordered a quesadilla …they offered me buffalo sauce or pesto dressing instead. I said no and asked for an extra bag of chips because both substitutes are gross on a quesadilla. They also wouldn’t let me switch to something else on the menu. They said no.

This is the worst tropical smoothie I’ve been to when it comes to order priority and overall process management. I waited 10 mins in line while someone in front of me had an issue with their app and then waited 25 mins for my two smoothie order to be made and even then they only made one. So I had to wait another 10 for the other. Granted it was lunch rush but the number of online orders was astronomical for people that weren’t even in the building. The placed was packed mainly with people standing and waiting. I don't understand how an online order is prioritized over a to-go order that was placed in person. Don’t come here unless you’re okay waiting 30 mins for a smoothie.

The people that work at this location are absolutely phenomenal individuals overall. I always get a good vibe from them and they are always very welcoming friendly polite and attentive. I drive 7 miles to come to this location just because of the service. I have one walking distance to my house but they have horrible customer service and the way they make the smoothies just isn’t quite right. But the folks over at the merrifield location are just great. Keep being awesome guys. Thanks
