We highly recommend Honda Tysons Center for purchase and car service. This is our 3rd. purchase. Jalal provided an amazing client experience. He clearly understood our needs and helped us on the selection of the model, color, drive test and financial arrangments. He is an incredible Sales Manager. We are very grateful for all his help, guidance and support! The rest of the team is also very client oriented and provided an outstanding service.

I had a great experience with my Service Manager Carlos. I took my CRV and Accord there in two different occasions. He was clearly very knowledgeable, answered my questions with patience, and got everything moving incredibly fast. What impressed me most was that he handled all the little details I didn’t even have to think about—arranging a loaner car and making sure the shuttle was set up so I could get to work on time. The service itself was done quickly and efficiently, and his communication made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about making things easier for customers, and I’m really grateful for the extra effort he put in. Thank you
I couldn't be more happy with the help and support of all the people at Honda of Tysons Corner, my salesperson Marco Hurtado did a fantastic job answer every question i had even when it was my first time doing the whole process, went for a tesla and came out more than happy , marco even came to help after hours when i was having issues with my vehicle and i really appreciate the help , i definitely recommend this place and look for marco hes a great guy
I couldn't be more happy with the courtesy and professionalism of all the people at Honda of Tysons Corner: my salesperson Marco Hurtado, the finance guy Derek Nguyen, and sales manager Sal Siddiqui. With my beloved Mercedes declared a total loss in the torrential rains when I went back to New York a few weeks ago, they worked with me over the phone and online, and finally in person, to put me in a perfect replacement (yes, a perfect replacement even for an E-350)...the new Honda Accord Hybrid EX-L. The way Honda does a hybrid is a revelation! Marco even helped me out of a big mistake that I almost made on another vehicle. So here's my review: Great car...great guys...five stars. (And one more thing: You can avoid the traffic and get there on the Washington Metro. The Spring Hill station is right outside.)
Definitely recommend Ourisman Honda of Tyson Corner service department. Victor Sanchez is who I always prefer to use as my service advisor. He is always on point, polite and helpful. Not to mention he greets you with a smile. They make you feel comfortable while waiting on your vehicle. Every time I call to make an appointment it is usually scheduled when I need it to be with no issues. Yes they are busy with customers, but Victor always make sure I get my appointment and I’m taking care of. Thank you. All.
Compré mi auto con la promesa de que arreglarían algunos detalles pendientes. Una semana después regresé para las reparaciones, pero fue difícil incluso conseguir una cita con el mecánico. Se tardaron más de dos semanas en resolver cosas simples, y tuve que ir dos veces desde Maryland hasta Virginia para recoger el carro: la primera vez ni siquiera estaba listo. Al final, me entregaron el auto con la registración expirada, ya que ellos solo dan 30 días. Cuando llevé el carro al Maryland Safety Inspection, no pasó, y además los mecánicos le quitaron el cobertor del motor y nunca lo devolvieron. Intenté comunicarme con ellos para extender el tiempo o buscar una solución, pero me transfirieron varias veces y nadie se hizo responsable. El vendedor Marco nunca volvió a contestar, y aunque me dijo que tenía 30 días para devolver el carro, el gerente después me aseguró que su política era solo de 3 días. Así que si los mandan con Marco porque habla español, corran o Jordan en servicios estos muchos no saben lo que hacen 🙄
Our experience with Raihan Faizi was excellent. Raihan was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicle we purchased and was conscientious through the purchase process offering us the veteran rebate. His willingness to be available for any questions or concerns during and after the sale has provided me with peace of mind, knowing that I have support should any issues arise. I definitely recommend Raihan for stress-free purchase experience.
The service at Honda Tyson’s corner is always really good and I would recommend it to anyone who like to get an excellent service. They are very professional and on time .

A cafe inside the waiting area of a dealership (Ourisman Honda). Probably the best tasting Steak and Chese sub that I have ever tasted.

I had Carlos as my service appointment agent and he was wonderful. Got me checked in and set me up in the lounge. When my car was ready I had all the info I needed to know my car was well taken care of. Thank you see you for my next scheduled appointment. Jen
This is one of the best kept secrets In the area, Food is made with such flavor is delicious and good portion. The staff is Amazingly nice and they will cater to your request for a custom made dish. I had the spicy chicken rice bowl. Highly recommend spot.
Parking: Since this is Attached to the Ourisman Honda Service center Parking might be limited and you might have to look for an open space in the front of the building.
