Ok, this is a "First" review of a hidden gem I found in the waiting room of a Honda service centerI ordered the Fried pork belly with fried egg and rice and Korean iced coffee for a non traditional breakfast. Since opening this new cafe, everything I've tried has been first class, made to order, fresh and homemade!! Even the gojujang sauce was homemade. D-E-L-I-S-H!! Or as google translate says "mas-issneun"!!!

We purchased a used vehicle in March 2022 from Ourisman. We had difficulty receiving the title due to errors on the dealers end. We purchased the extended warranty at the time of the auto purchase. We sold the car in March 2023 and submitted the paperwork to Ourisman to receive a refund on the balance of the extended warranty. After multiple (15+) phone messages and emails to find out if they needed additional Al information or if the paperwork had been submitted to the warranty company we have NOT received confirmation. NO return calls or emails. Ourisman Honda of Tysons has the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. I would AVOID purchasing anything from this dealer.

I don’t normally write reviews but when the service is above and beyond I will. Alex Villegas the service manager is the best. Ive never talked to a more decent service manager then this guy he was informative, straight up and honest. No upsells, laid back and no pressure. This guy totally deserves a raise and promotion if possible. Im the guy that came in Wednesday with the v6 couple.

This is a great little place. I stopped by the other day to pick up some wiper blades and thought "huh, a cafe at a Honda dealer, that's odd." So today I went back for lunch. As others have said, the people, the food, and the prices are great. I liked the fact that you get a medium-sized sandwich for a nice price. At most places the choice is "do you want that tiny or too big?" I'll be back - I want to try the specials!

The worst place you can take your business to! I bought two brand new accords from them, always went there for services as well. I had a major accident with my brand new 2019 Accord Touring - top of the line. I went to these guys to buy a used Honda accord 2015, their used car sales manager treated me like crap and was extremely disrespectful to me. Brought it up to the GM, treated me technically but didn't honor anything.

Ledys Verdooren greeted me at the door on Saturday afternoon, and when I left the store, it was in a brand new CRV. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and made sure to show me all of the features I needed to know before I had a chance to read the manual. But more than that, it was like working with a best friend. She is vivacious, friendly, knowledgeable - an all-around wonderful salesperson who made me feel like I was the most important customer in the world. Thank you, Ledys!!! I look forward to seeing you when I pick up my license plate!!!

You may think it strange that a cafe is at a Honda dealership, but let me just tell you it is great! Great value and the couple that run the place are so nice. Food is delicious and generous portions. I definitely recommend!
