Highly professional atmosphere with a strong dedication to saving lives. I had the honor of attending a meeting to learn about volunteer opportunities. The Heroes who run, manage, and operate the Vienna Volunteer Fire Department are exceptional people who exhibit courage, bravery, teamwork, and excellence. They go above and beyond to fulfill a very important mission!
When I recently injured myself (hip dislocation after hip-replacement surgery), I had exceptional care. The crew from this station was Jessica Mesich and Sean Jolliff. I am so grateful to them! They got me to the hospital and treated me with compassion and professionalism. I am very grateful to them.
This station has been newly remodeled. They tore down the old one and built this one about 4 years ago. It's pretty nice. Very spacious. The station is partly owned by volunteer this the reason for the non-standard Fairfax county color scheme. This station consist of Engine, Medic, Canteen, Brush, reserve engine, reserve medic, and parade piece engine #7. So by for a visit in October during open house or anytime during the year.
