I was helped by the kindest people today in this Wawa. My order had to be remade (which wasn’t their fault) but it wasn’t much of a delay or a big deal at all. But the staff members who helped me were SO KIND and courteous about it. They had a great attitude and treated me like I was a VIP. Also the sandwich was delicious!I wasn’t having the best day, and this interaction was so positive and uplifting. A big Thank You to the two people who helped me! (I didn’t get your names, but you helped me with my order of a Shorti beef steak with the tomatoes). Thank you! :)

Wawa used to be our go to for food and other necesites but this Wawa has drastically fallen off the cliff. The store is filthy dirty, the bathrooms are always gag worthy and their service is mostly lacking in customer service first. One of the most expensive locations in the US. I’

Everything good except if they don’t enforce the parking at the Tesla charging spaces and this results in a backup of cars unable to charge their vehiclesParking: It enough spaces and people just park in the Tesla charging spaces

The checkout needs a lot of work. Self checkout simply will not scan receipt so you can pay for food orders. I entered code manually and paid but guy making food said I didnt. it also did not print a receipt for me as it's practically a quick time event to get one as you better select yes in five seconds or it doesn't print one, so no way to actually prove I had paid for my food to guy working the counter. No cashier on duty either to do things the old fashioned way either. I doubt I will ever go to this location again. Just the perfect combo of bad company automation policies and local staff not caring. You can tell the latter as parking lot had a lot of trash blowing around, full trash cans, drinks coolers practically empty etc.

Their pizza is average at best. I had the half pepperoni and half cheese pizza. The crust is alright. But I don’t really like the tomato sauce. It’s very greasy as well. In general though, their food is pretty good. The pizza is new which is why I wanted to try it, but I regret it.

Hey I grew up in Philly so I love WaWa it's a tAste of home. So many old favorites- TastyKake, Philly pretzels, and more. I also love the WaWa brand Arnold Palmers

I’ve always considered WaWa to be a gas station type business. I’ve never seen a WaWa in an urban/residential environment. Until today! This WaWa seems to have everything you need, except Gas. They have approximately 8-10 electric charging stations and I observed several Tesla vehicles charging. Inside, the usual WaWa items, rows and rows of delicious baked goods along with cold drinks on this warm late September evening. Truly an Oasis for the road traveler or neighborhood customer needing pick me up or hot cup of coffee. WaWa has you covered from A-Z. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. I didn’t venture into the restroom, but the rest of the store was clean, and trash bins were not overflowing. Would recommend this location to anyone looking to enjoy the goodness that is WaWa.

I just received my order, and for the second time, they did not include the caesar dressing with my order. Salad dressing comes with the salad, we all know that. But the last two times I didn't get mine. I only received the extra salad dressing that I had paid for and ordered, just in case they didn't sent me the normal side, that is included. When I called to speak to the manager, to alert them, that they may need to educate their staff, I got Wes on the phone, and he never acknowledged what I was complaining about. All I wanted was the dressing that normally comes with the salad, in addition to any that I might add for an extra cost. Wes couldn't seem to understand what I was telling him. Or basically, did not acknowledge basic customer needs.
