Is more than one dipping sauce hurting your profit margin? Why are you blocking Instagram and Twitter on your free wi-fi? I'm stopping here less often as the experience gets worse.

I did the drive thru. It was awful, the bacon cheeseburger was meager and had no flavor and the bacon was nonexistent. I also asked for a plain hamburger for my dog and they added pickles, onions and ketchup, even though I asked for it plain. The fries were cold and soggy. Not going back,

Today it was a horrible moment, the manager a Hispanic guy was yelling to his coworker a lady it was disrespectful, arguing with a older lady, he needs to be fired, I don’t know why the lady didn’t call the police,that is violence! I hope the lady sue to them

I had an online order to this location for pickup at the drive thru. I pulled up to the window after I told them my name and they told me to pull up to them informing me that my order wasn’t in their system. I showed them a receipt proving that my food was payed for and ordered to their location within 15 minutes of the time I pulled up with a date and everything. They told me they can’t do anything and told me to pull away. Real life scammers.

The women’s restroom is freezing while the men’s restroom is warmer than the restaurant.
Food was good. Had chilli and the baconater, fries and a drink. Food was hot and quick.

Very long wait both to order and get food (one lady cancelled her order after 20 minutes because she didn't have time to wait another 20); refused to give receipt; got order wrong (gave fries we didn't order and omitted Frostys we did order); ketchup dispensers were both empty. Bad service even for Wendy's (which is a pretty low bar (grandkids' eating choice, not mine)).

Could barely eat the jr cheeseburger. Burger was old and dry, and the bottom bun was stale. I came at @5:30, and it must have been sitting there all day. This location has many issues.

A very bad experience. I received the order cold and not fresh. I always tell them I want it hot, fresh. They bring it before and give you the order cold. I told him I want a hot, well-grilled meal. She said, “I will ask the manager.” The manager came and said he cannot serve me because the place is closed. I told him it closes at 12:30. He told me it does not close. 12 With 5 minutes left until closing, I closed the grill, and after I left, I realized that he was lying and closed at 12.30. Bad treatment from a manager.

The lady at the counter told us to basically shut up and yelled at us to slow down when we ordered. Though I would not have any problem talking slower for her she said it in a rude and harsh tone that made me upset but overall was an ok experience
