Very long wait both to order and get food (one lady cancelled her order after 20 minutes because she didn't have time to wait another 20); refused to give receipt; got order wrong (gave fries we didn't order and omitted Frostys we did order); ketchup dispensers were both empty. Bad service even for Wendy's (which is a pretty low bar (grandkids' eating choice, not mine)).

Could barely eat the jr cheeseburger. Burger was old and dry, and the bottom bun was stale. I came at @5:30, and it must have been sitting there all day. This location has many issues.

A very bad experience. I received the order cold and not fresh. I always tell them I want it hot, fresh. They bring it before and give you the order cold. I told him I want a hot, well-grilled meal. She said, “I will ask the manager.” The manager came and said he cannot serve me because the place is closed. I told him it closes at 12:30. He told me it does not close. 12 With 5 minutes left until closing, I closed the grill, and after I left, I realized that he was lying and closed at 12.30. Bad treatment from a manager.

The lady at the counter told us to basically shut up and yelled at us to slow down when we ordered. Though I would not have any problem talking slower for her she said it in a rude and harsh tone that made me upset but overall was an ok experience

I had the pleasure of being served by Gloria during my recent visit to Wendy’s, and I must say, her customer service was exceptional! From the moment I stepped up to the counter, she greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor that instantly made me feel welcome.
Gloria was not only incredibly kind but also very conversational, making the entire experience more personal and enjoyable. She took my order with precision and care, ensuring that every detail was right, and even took the time to recommend a few items from the menu that I might like. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about the customers she serves.
Her positive attitude and professionalism made such a difference, turning what could have been a quick, routine visit into a memorable one. It's rare to find someone who goes above and beyond, but Gloria exemplified exactly what excellent customer service should be. I sincerely hope Wendy's recognizes what a gem they have in her!

We were the only car in line and it took 25 minutes to receive an order with 2 breakfast meals plus a side. The first item was a breakfast burrito. We typically like these, but today the bacon tasted as though it had gone bad. It was not edible. The second breakfast item we ordered was a biscuit but instead we received French toast sticks. And lastly we ordered the Cinnabon pull apart bread. It was so tough you couldn’t “pull apart.” It had clearly been sitting out for a while and reheated to death. Very disappointing.
