I called at 9:30 and no answer I drove to the location walked in at 9:38 I asked a girl what time do y'all close she said 10 I asked okay can I order a pizza she said no I have already shut the oven off I said okay so you close at 9:37 not at 10? she said well I have to have time to break the foodbar down and close up I replied you can start cleaning and getting ready to close up but you shouldn't shut the oven off until 10 that is the proper way of running a business Papa John's...read full review

ordered 16wings and stuffed crust pizza at 6:45pm on 10/11/21. food said would be ready in 15 minutes. I show up at 7:10pm and the only thing was ready was the 16 wings. they didn't even make the stuffed crust pizza yet. they told me a few more minutes and it will be done. I walk back in at 7:28pm and he is just now making the pizza. horrible service and possibly bad training if somebody can't read a screen to cover the whole order
