We were hesitant after all the questionable reviews recently. We had a great time. We were driving across the state and wanted something besides McDonald's. Everything we tried was great especially the pork BBQ and the carrot souffle!! Onion rings were crispy and homemade and amazing too. Clean bathrooms and a perfect stop. Banana pudding was great and not something we eat often... it was yummy!!

We always stop here on the way to the beach. We love the southern influence on food. Eberything is usually good. Last visit we did have a waitress who forgot us but they did try to make it right. It was a busy day. Can get busy but kind of a unique place.

We went here for lunch buffet and for 19.99 it was not worth it. They had a very small selection of food and the food was bland and the catfish was real salty! There was a couple behind me that said her pulled pork smelled and tasted funny!

We were traveling to the beach and stopped in for lunch last Thursday . Our waitress was very friendly, we felt like we knew her forever. She gave us a suggestion fora wonderful seafood restaurant at beach. She's good for your business.
I love the ham biscuits and order whenever I am near. However, today, Sat Sept 27, 2025, I stopped to order takeout, and it took 45 minutes. No one explained why it took so long, and then when I asked about the contents of my order, the waitress was very curt and no one offered an apology for the slow service. And I gave a generous tip before I received the order. I hope the the take out service improves
