First timer it’s a hidden gem. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. The price for my meal was phenomenal for $10 suppose to local bbq spots starting at $20ish for little amount of food.
Deon working the counter was very nice, great customer service as well. He seemed to really be dedicated to delivering a excellent customer experience and performing his job duties as well. I informed him I had never ate there before so wasn’t sure how I was supposed to order or exactly what to order. Deon then provided me prompt, enthusiastic information and soon after I ordered a brisket platter with 2 sides. It was a pleasure watching him cut up the brisket and maintain rapport...
Unfortunately I live a ways away from here so I don’t get by often. I drove a semi for years and always made it a point to stop by if I was on 15. I turned all my trucking buddies onto it and they still tell me when they stop to this day. I just told my roommate to stop by and try some on his way to front royal. Never had bad food or service. Love you guys. Keep doing what you’re doing 💯
