We went for lunch today and the staff working was above and beyond sweet and helpful to us! We had a larger group and they were patient with us and treated us so kindly. They spoke so nicely to our children and showed that they truly care about their customers. Great job Carousel! We love it here!!! Thank you!

This adorable ice cream place sticks out but for all the right reasons! Perfect for kids of all ages. They have an extensive menu so you’ll be sure to find something to satisfy your craving. This is one of the only places I’ve seen so far that serves dole whip!

Best ice cream in Warrenton VA. I come here when I can to get a frozen treat. I got the Waterloo which is half shake half sundae. I love the blueberry one. I also like raspberry. They have many flavors and ice cream, sundae and float treats as well as dinner cakes, etc. Good stuff!

Nice place to grab a snack. Friendly people, funnel cake, and a sundae on a pretty day. Nice atmosphere it's like being a kings dominonand just relaxing while you eat your treat.

I work right across the street..have gone several times every season and all is usually good. Have been twice this year and had nothing but problems. Both times my order seemed to get lost until all other orders are out..all I wanted was a hot dog with ketchup and mayo and a orange dreamsicle shake,with chocolate syrup in it...when I finally got it,it was a plain hot dog with no toppings at all and no chocolate in the shake..why does it take so long to do so little?
Every time I've tried the ice cream here it had an artificial flavor. I thought it could be a fluke but it wasn't. I even tried going back a couple years later but it was the same.

Good soft serve ice cream. I got a vanilla cone with chocolate sprinkles. My husband wanted the strawberry shortcake because we saw it on a photo on yelp but when I asked for it they didn't offer that so I hit him the Chunky Monkey sundae instead. I asked my husband if he liked it and he said, " meh, it's just cut up banana and brownies on top of vanilla ice cream."

My husband has wonderful memories of this place, and says it has grown in size and popularity over the years. Me being an ice cream connoisseur had to try it! The website says they are closed on mondays which is how we avoided a long line. Normally there are two long lines I'm told that move quickly. The menu was the most impressive, so many options flavors and choices. From butterscotch to cake shake almost anything you can think of they have. Me being healthy ordered a banana split, and chose three flavors. We also got the waterloo, an ice cream cone, a funnel cake... well lots of sugar lol. The soft serve is good, I will admit I like ice cream over this type of dessert but it has great flavor and everyone loved their treats. The price point is also fair.They also have regular food and fried desserts.There are outside seating tables. It was a warm day but we found a nice spot to people watch and devour our treats. I will definitely come back here whenever I am in town!

Slowly checking out the ice cream spots in the area and Carousel had some recommendations. We got there at a good time because a huge line formed after. I had the small Peanut Butter Cup Deluxe. Vanilla ice cream, Reese's cup bits, peanut butter sauce, and hot fudge. I probably would have asked for chocolate ice cream. The sauces kind of end up at the bottom, but it was a nice sundae. Seating can be limited because the tables are a bit large for 1-2 people. I'm also quite curious to try their hot food.
