We adored her from the very beginning to the very end of our visit! Thank you for being a restaurant that has stood the test of time in our lovely community. Found Claires at the Depot by accident while looking for a fine dining restaurant for my anniversary. I was looking for something NOT in downtown DC. Our dinner at Claire's was outstanding -- its a real hidden GEM. Tucked away in a restored 19th century train depot, the ambiance was perfect for a quiet evening together. The food and service were equally amazing. We ate at a nice table for two inside the old depot. The view of their garden was terrific. Some guests chose to dine on the outside patio, but we were very happy indoors. This restaurant does seem to be popular. There was a line to enter when they opened for dinner Friday evening and before we finished eating every table was occupied. I'd strongly recommend reservations. Clearly many others have discovered this great establishment. I highly recommend Claire's. I know, we'll be back.

Claire's is always amazing. The food service and atmosphere are the best. No matter if it's a special occasion, dinner with friends, or family I highly recommend Claire's. We love the She Crab soup and Caesar Salad. We got the beef lettuce wraps as an appetizer and they were so good! Hubby got the chicken breast from Whiffletree and he could not stop talking about how amazing it was. My daughter and I got the Jack Daniels shrimp and crab and that meal NEVER disappoints.

Best restaurant in Warrenton. Our go to for any special occasion or get together. We can't resist the fried oysters. The fried green tomato and crab lunch and the salmon salad were both amazing. There's always a unique twist to the dish to make it truly special.

Our experience was wonderful! This was our second time to Claire's as we don't live in Warrenton. Our first experience was so good that we chose to go for our 54th Anniversary. We were not disappointed. The service was impeccable and the food was excellent.

As always, just the best. The Garden Room is tastefully appointed, the menu selections are well balanced and the staff make me feel like a friend. Parking can be a little snug, but that's probably due to the popularity of Claire's. I love the patio seating in the spring and fall and the fireplace in the winter.

The service and dinner were great. We celebrated our 58th anniversary on July 22, 2025 and was more than pleased with everything!
My only negative comment is that we ordered one salad. Our waitress then asked us, "do you want me to split it among two plates?" We answered, "Sure, thank you." When our bill arrived, we were charged for two small salads. I'm not sure if that was an error or the restaurant trying to be sneaky with receiving extra money. Next time we will share the salad ourselves.
