Found Claires at the Depot by accident while looking for a fine dining restaurant for my anniversary. I was looking for something NOT in downtown DC. Our dinner at Claire's was outstanding -- its a real hidden GEM. Tucked away in a restored 19th century train depot, the ambiance was perfect for a quiet evening together. Claire's is always amazing. The food service and atmosphere are the best. No matter if it's a special occasion, dinner with friends, or family I highly recommend Claire's. We love the She Crab soup and Caesar Salad. We got the beef lettuce wraps as an appetizer and they were so good! Hubby got the chicken breast from Whiffletree and he could not stop talking about how amazing it was. My daughter and I got the Jack Daniels shrimp and crab and that meal NEVER disappoints.
