Horrendous service. 1st time visiting had hair in our ice cream second and last time our employee literally did not listen to the orders after being told repeatedly the orders. Just bad

Our employee huffed and puffed the whole time and offered no service when we attempted to ask for toppings.

Why does the Warrenton location close at 9 pm when all the others in the area close at 10 pm? At least stay open on the weekends till 10 pm.

I used to go here frequently but I will stop going anymore due to hyegine concerns. The new staff chews gum with with an open mouth in front of the open open counter and the cold stone. I don't want to consume human saliva.

Food: Tried their new watermelon sorbet, it was excellent. Honestly, just calling it excellent would be an understatement, I urge you to try it for yourself!

Got a large strawberry milkshake that tasted absolutely terrible. It was mostly milk and had this weird off flavor, nothingnlike strawberry. I thought it was just me, but I had my friend try it, and he had the same reaction. I would avoid this place for ice cream

The young lady who helped me was succinct, professional, and polite. Very pleasant visit

Always have gotten good service here. It’s clean. Generally really quite and almost awkward at times but still a good atmosphere and my orders have always been done correct.

We walked in and didn't realize they had not opened yet only because my mother who is on oxygen was having trouble breathing outside. For one of the young female employees to yell we are not opened to the public yet Get Out!! Very sad I will never go there again and am telling everyone I see to stay away !!

They close at 9 and i was there at 8:50 and they locked the doors and wouldn’t serve us. Poor service to close 10 minutes early and bot serve a family..

Loved coldstone for many yrs.I found out today they give pup cups when I brought my pup (wasn't planned) he lovessss ice cream ! Staff today was so kind ! Love going there for the amazing dark chocolate with almondsT.Davis
