A worker rolled his eyes at for asking for 2 samples with nobody else in line. Overpriced ice cream was good but not for that service.

Got a large strawberry milkshake that tasted absolutely terrible. It was mostly milk and had this weird off flavor, nothingnlike strawberry. I thought it was just me, but I had my friend try it, and he had the same reaction. I would avoid this place for ice cream

Fantastic ice-cream and creative combinations. The last 2 months the employees have not been up to par. One apple pie combinations had 2 apples. I saw the young man put them on top. I'm not sure what happened between putting it on the top before mixing and being put into the cup. It was a "gotta love it" so it should have had more than 2 little pieces of apple. My elderly parents get ice-cream there about once a week so most of the time our order is correct. I also never see anyone older than 20 in the store. Not that younger people can't run a store or be a manager. I just wonder about who is training and why they seem to have high employee turn over. I'll just pay more attention to how mixing is done and what is going into the cup. Either way I'd recommend Coldstone to anyone! The toppings and portions are very generous and fresh.

We walked in and didn't realize they had not opened yet only because my mother who is on oxygen was having trouble breathing outside. For one of the young female employees to yell we are not opened to the public yet Get Out!! Very sad I will never go there again and am telling everyone I see to stay away !!

They close at 9 and i was there at 8:50 and they locked the doors and wouldn’t serve us. Poor service to close 10 minutes early and bot serve a family..

For someone like myself who adores ice cream and yogurt, this place was a little delicious treat. There were many choices, and they were all excellent.
Excellent ice cream. My black cherry with chocolate chips was delicious.

Terrible experience. All three orders were not even close to what we ordered or what we expect based of prior experience. The male worker probably could have focused more on work and less on flirting with his coworkers.

This cold stone is always jus the right amount of busy, you never really wait on line to long and the service is always super friendly.Tonight I went way off my norm and had cake batter. Normally I stick to it he chocolate & peanut butter flavors but I wanted to step outside my y comfort zone and try something new. I wasn't disappoint.Don't take my word for it. Give it a try yourself.
