Great Food, Great Atmosphere, Great Drinks and GREAT STAFF My wife and I frequent Denim & Pearls every year for anniversary! They’re always more than accommodating and they always make sure to go above and beyond to ensure that we have a AMAZING TIME!!!! We also bring both of our mothers there for Mother’s Day brunch!!!! If you’re looking for a high-end laid-back restaurant, denim and pearls is your place!!!! I would highly recommend Denim & Pearls to a friend or family member or really anybody who’s looking for a high-end, laid-back dining experience with quality food and quality staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 STARS 👍👍 TWO THUMBS UP I’d like to give a special thanks to all the staff for always making it such a wonderful dining experience!!!! Will absolutely never step foot in this establishment again after the classless way in which my family and I were treated while attempting to enjoy a Saturday brunch. Mind you I've been to this establishment many of times with family, friends, date nights etc. My young (4.5 & 3 year old) children are big into their "dress themselves" stage, which nine times out of ten I'll support. Today was one of those "dress themselves" days. It was also a day in which my daughter chose for us to wear matching jackets and my (one of a kind, hand made) Stetson. We walk in at 1130am to the main floor completely empty with the exception of the 4 top next to the host stand, which was occupied by servers sitting there socializing. Not a soul was at the bar, nor were anyone waiting to be sat. There was ZERO noise from the (typically) noisy upstairs area. In fact, there was very little movement at all. The young, blonde male host asked us if we had a reservation, which we did not. This usually is a non issue as at most our wait is typically 15 minutes. He looks down and horribly pretend plucks at his tablet and states the next available opening for a 4 top is 1245. I say "uh... ok? nevermind" knowing it is 100% bs, but not caring to even engage. This is until the lovely (sarcasm intended) host states.... "IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A CHEAPER OPTION, MIGHT I SUGGEST..." Which is when I officially realized it wasn't that they COULDN'T seat us, they just didn't want our business because we didn't fit their bougie "style". I told the host his statement was absolutely in poor taste, to which he just shrugs his shoulders. I guess my children and my "ensembles" didn't fit this new Old Town "flair". My hat alone cost more than this kid makes in 3 months. My jacket and boots would take another 6-9+ ... but clearly we need a "cheaper option" for me to take my 25+ percent tip to. Absolutely abhorrent treatment to my family. Will absolutely never return and will never recommend such a CLASSLESS establishment. Daughter and my outfits for reference 😂😂

Delicious food, great service and beautiful view of the town from the roof dining area. I had a burger, and it was one of the best I've ever had. They have 3 levels of dining areas with a rustic vibe.

Vegetarian options: Salads and multiple other options for vegetarians

Parking: It is very conveniently located on main street, so there is street parking, and nearby parking lots.

Kid-friendliness: Not a specific kids menu, but plenty of options for food customization for picky eaters

Good food, but when you select a $45 entree maybe it should be served on a plate without multiple chips in the plate....

We were served by a very kind waitress named Cenna. She was cheerful, patient and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She took time to explain items on the menu and made sure our order was exactly right. Very respectful and made all the difference for our family.

I had a wonderful brunch at D&P. Espresso martini was delicious, the menu is so well rounded, the entrees did not disappoint. Whoever is head chef there now is really making this a must-enjoy!

Did a couples date her and it was my first time. Love the atmosphere. Didn’t love the construction in front of the building with the weather being nasty but not their fault the city was doing work. The food was amazing! Their bourbon selection was great! Their bartender though should have informed us that we were not just drinking Johnny Walker Blue, we were drinking Johnny Walker Blue Year of the Rabbit Special Edition which was rather pricier than standard JW Blue. But it was all good and we still had a great time. If you have to ask how much something is you probably can’t afford it. Lol.

Food was cold when it arrived to me. Shrimp and grits. We were one of the last customers to be served our food, so NO reason for our food to be cold. Rewarming only made the shrimp tough. My sister had salmon with 2 kinds of carrots and green beans. The salmon was so small, the beans were also so small like I’ve never seen and I have a family background in produce!
The ONLY thing we enjoyed was the baked Brie. My suggestion for that is is to add a little jam to go with the chopped strawberries.
Very noisy in basement so we moved, still noisy on other levels! We won’t be back.

Parking: Due to construction it was hard to find parking AND the walk way was not lit to see our way back to our car. Dangerous walkway!!

On many occasions, I’ve had the shrimp and grits and they were outstanding. However we dined there early afternoon on 8/11 and they were almost inedible. There was a pool of grease at the bottom, grits nor shrimp were fully cooked and there was one piece of cold fatty bacon laid across the top. A terrible disappointment. PLEASE return to your old recipe!
