Came here for a quick lunch based on other reviews. It did not disappoint. We ordered the turkey club on a baguette and the French dip. Both came with their delicious fresh cut fries. It was amazing! They were loaded with a good portion of meat and all toppings were fresh. It's a cute little place and the managers and/or owners were very welcoming. We look forward to going back and hoping to try the wide variety of ice cream they offer in the front of the store.

Wanted to try somewhere new, so we settled on Ellie's. Called our order in, and the lady was super sweet and helpful. I went to pick up my order and was informed it wasn't done yet, which was fine. we talked for a little bit until it was. Got home, and the food was delicious. The burger was thick and juicy and all-around delicious. The only reason I won't give it 5 stars is because my order came up to almost $40 (over 40 with the tip) for 2 burgers and 2 orders of fries with no drinks..

We had a rather large party, and a toddler. They were so accommodating, moving tables and ensuring we were comfortable. They made sure our toddler had a good time, providing crayons, playing their grinch Christmas lights, and sneaking a few fries from the kitchen to keep him happy. We received our order very quickly and the food was AMAZING! I got the Rachel and it was probably one of the best sandwiches I had, and the fries were perfect (not greasy at all). Overall, wonderful experience and 100% recommend!

We have tried most of the places on Main St so we thought we would try Ellie's Place to round out our sampling. I had the French Dip and my wife had the BLT. They both came with fries that were pretty good! There is not a lot of inside seating but we did get a table pretty quickly around noon on a Saturday. We would definitely go back!

This place is fantastic! The folks who work here are SO nice. We got french toast and a blt and fries. SO good!!! The fries are insane. The chef even double checked that my toast for my blt was right before he made my sandwich. I asked for it to be toasted dark. Really nice touch! Had my 5 year old with me and they were great with him. Hes a good kid, quiet, well behaved. Alot of restaurants I've been in arnt particularly catering to little kids (and thats fine....i get it. Worked in retail in middleburg for 20 years lol!) but this place was great! I appreciate that. We will definitely stop again when we are in town.
Best breakfast in town. Definitely where the locals go especially after the farmers market across the street. Many of the ingredients are locally sourced and delicious. See you there.

I can feed my family of 5 for cheaper than it would cost me to go to one of the bigger chains, so for me, it's a no-brainer. This is family-run and staffed by some of the nicest people you will meet. We love this place and it on our short-list of places to eat in Warrenton.

The best burger and hand cut fries!! If you like boardwalk fries in OC, Ellies is your go to! Finish off your meal with some hershey's icecream. Highly recommend!

Cute little sandwich shop. Reliable food with ice cream at the front of the store. Great place to grab a quick bite and the menu has a lot of options so there's guaranteed to have some thing for everyone, including gluten-free bread.

I almost don't want to rate Ellie's place because I love that it's not too busy on Sunday mornings. The food is the tastiest breakfast in the Warrenton/Gainesville area. The pancakes are huge and more fluffy than I knew was possible. Their sausage and French toast are phenomenal!! The owners tray you like family, which we love.
