I got a meal from the Long John Silver menu. It was so old and hard that I couldn’t get it. I had to throw away some of my meal. When I told them at the counter he didn’t reply, off alert a refund or anything. Just looked at me.

This place is an absolute disaster. Dirrrrrtyyy, disorganized, they take forever, stale food and they don't offer refunds whatsoever. I've never heard of an establishment that doesn't offer refunds, ever.
