It should be illegal to serve food this old from sitting all day. You are going to make somebody sick.

Bring a food thermometer if you don't believe me!

Shorted us 1 piece of chicken on our drive thru order. Food not as good vs other chain locations and more expensive despite being on rural area. Love LLS but won’t go here again sadly.

Been a while since I had Long John Silvers. But I did the drive-thru at lunch time. Fish was hot and fresh. Hush puppies the same. I had Cole slaw as my side. It was good. Tea was good. Friendly service. Prices fair. Nothing is cheap anymore. No complaints. Thanks.

Went in for a bucket of chicken. The guy behind the counter tried to help me, but the other workers kept trying to get him to do other things. I guess I didn't matter to them.

Drive 20 min to get long John silvers and apon arrival they say they are out of fish because it’s close to closing. Ummmm.. it was 8:30 when they close at 10. Than you lie and say you are out of fish because it’s close to closing. That’s just terrible customer service telling customers you’re out of things just because you are close to closing. That means you’re too lazy to do your damn job! I hope you loose your job due to your laziness.

We placed our order in the drive through and headed home. About 20 mins later we realized they had forgotten to give me the Chocolate Chip Cake we ordered. I went to call them and there was no receipt in the bag to verify we had paid for it. It wasn't worth the 20 min drive to go back.

Took a long detour off of our drive because it says online that they’re open until 10pm. Arrived at 9:20 no lights on at LJS or KFC even. So sad to waste gas and time for them to be closed. No wonder there’s only a few left smh.
