I went in with my two year old to use the restroom and get some food. Had to wait a long time for a stall there were two employees in the restroom who I’m guessing, were just on phones. The toothy supervisor was at the counter talking loud and gossipy with a man with dreadlocks laughing and hopping around, yelling back to someone in the kitchen. No name tags, dirty uniforms. This continues the entire time I’m waiting on food. The cashier was blonde, kept wiping her nose with her hand and putting her hands under her shirt to adjust her bra straps. I was order #277 and I will never be back. Disgusting.

I always went to this exact McDonald's on my way to DC and other places
It is what it is..don't expect too much from them..they will give you cold fries/bad service, and sometimes attitude. But other than, it's ok to a quick bite to eat..it's McDonald's. I asked for big Mac sauce for my chicken sandwich and the manager made the associate charge me $.50..darn shame, did the same thing yesterday and there was NO fee. STAY AWAY

Adding these kiosks makes this even more impersonal, then having to stand/sit around to have to wait. Trying to order when trying to get just one person to wait on you when you have at least 6-7 employees hanging out the drive-thru?!?
