I’ll will start by saying I have always loved outback’s food, but this time was different. Placed an order for takeout and waited at the bar while they were preparing it. We ordered a beer and the tap ran out mid way through the pour. The bartender said she would “top it off”. She never looked in our direction again & what she did pour was flat. Our food came out and we paid, at that time she actually acknowledged us, to say she would t charge us for that. The prime rib was the worst I have ever had, It was tough and as bland as it gets. I always order prime rib, because it is melt in your mouth tender & this was hard to even cut through.

Stopped by on my way home from work.

Tried the tuna app
Had the special with a side salad and sirloin.

Everything was very good,

And the AC works well too!

This seems to be a poplar place for Warrenton.

I would gladly stop in anytime here.

Another big chain that isn't like it used to be.
The service was great though staff was running fast trying to keep up with an evening where homecoming had them very busy.
Major disappointments were that the restaurant itself was dirty and the bathrooms were disgusting. Anytime I go to a restaurant and the bathrooms are dirty it's an indication to me that the staff aren't keeping things up and I imagine the kitchen being dirty too. Who wants to eat somewhere where the bathroom is disgusting? The quality of food has gone downhill and when you get a salad, it's a pile of iceberg lettuce that isn't the freshest and overall the quality is just poor. If you want some fried food it tastes the same as it does anywhere else. Unless Outback revamps their menu and brings their standards up I don't think I'll be visiting again. Very disappointing

Ordered sirloin steak to go, arrived with the wrong sides, the loaded potato had none of the toppings. The manager would not refund the order. She said I could return 15 miles in the rain to get new sides. Ultimately she refunded $6.00. They seem not committed to customer satisfaction.

the service was fantastic but the food was the worst I've ever experienced at an outback. I ordered the bone in ribeye and it was all fat. in fact there was al least a quarter of the steak that had no meat at all. we sent back 2 steaks . no manger came by the table to check and see how we were enjoying our replacements. the second steak had more meat, but I like mine without seasoning and the quality of the meat was terrible. along with the fact that they took off the clam chowder, and the decline in meat quality, sadly I will never return to an outback again. also the steak dip was awful. goodbye forever outback.

Sadly I wouldn't be shocked if this is the next chain that shuts down. Peak dinner hours on a weekend night and it was a ghost town. Good just doesn't measure up to newer competitors BUT our server was amazing and very personable.

I'm not sure what happened to Outback. Remember when it used to be the place?? The best part of my meal was the wedge salad. Everything else tasted boiled and was a dissappointment. My sweet potatoes were runny and the mixed vegatables tasted like they came out of hot water. The server was nice, he just didn't know how to serve. He was bringing me my brown bag and to-go boxes in the middle of my meal...just training there. Well, I dont have to go back...Longhorn is just five minutes up the road on the left. Outback was nothing to wait in line for.
