We are 20+ year regulars. Staff (Mara, April, Dawn and we miss Sam) keep us coming back by spoiling us but especially our kids ensuring they feel just as welcome as we do. They know our orders and drink preferences before we do. Owners (Carolyn and now Seth) and managers (Riley, Celena) have always been engaging. They make us feel like part of the Outback family. We’ve made many friends through the atmosphere propagated by the whole Outback team. We enjoy our regular’s gatherings that the Outback team hosts and encourages. Staff very polite and courteous. Restaurant was clean, booths are uncomfortable to sit in but no biggie. Food was very greasy and salty, steaks were almost raw couldn't even eat half of the meal, when talking to the waitress all she had to say was yeah we get that a lot, the cooks have so many spices in the kitchen and most have salt in them. Well if they have had the complaint before you would think they would make a change

Came in on a slower Tuesday night and was seated immediately. My server Danielle gave me the best service I have had in a restaurant in a long time. My drink was never empty, the food came out quickly and was exactly how I ordered it. Everything tasted great and I will be back soon for another meal!

The server was very good. The signature blooming onion was very over cooked. That was a disappointment from the start. The rest of the food was quick and good. The floors were very dirty, wet and slick. It wasn't raining and it wasn't swamped. The restroom needed attention. The fixtures, the floors and some maintenance. Has the location been sold privately or is it still part of the franchise?
