This location closed permanently (mercifully) this past Sunday (03/01/20).

My husband I had had dinner there at the bar , the food was good no problem there . The place could use a pick up. The bartender was non personable but busy tending to a lot . I would guess poor management that the staff was overwhelmed at least the bartender . Other staff members had no pep in their step. Place needs music

I ordered the salad bar and my friend ordered a cheeseburger with no bun. When I went to the salad bar all 4 containers of lettuce/greens had brown and rotting pieces and I couldn't even pick enough out to make a side salad. I told the waiter I didn't want the salad bar and wanted a cheeseburger instead. He asked if I wanted everything on it and I told him I did. After a long wait my friends burger arrived but not mine. Waited a few more minutes before getting his attention and he said "oh did you want a burger also"! It took forever and probably the worst burger ever. Never again will I go to a Ruby Tuesday!

Very sad experience, just spend 64$ FOR TWO LUNCH meals that took over 2 hours! The service was absolutely horrible and the food was awful! There was wax papper cooked in our chicken between the bacon. The manager told me the meal would be discounted for the 2 hour wait and it was still full price. This is the worst restaurant I have experienced in my life, I am the director of dining service for an assisted living facility and tonight's service was an embarrassment for the chain. I will never be returning and I will be explaining this experience to each of my colleagues in the food industry. This place should be ashamed.

My boyfriend and I went here a couple months ago. Our waitress was friendly. We were the only people in the restaurant. We ordered our food and waited almost an hour. Our waitress didn't check on us once. We needed refills halfway through our meal and she never came. We finished our meal and were waiting on our check. We soon noticed that all the employees (including the manger) were sitting and talking in booths. It toke our waitress over 30 minutes to come and see we've finished. She offered refills which we accepted but never saw them. After we had the check ready we waited another 30 minutes till she came back. The entire time all the employees and manager were goofing off laughing in the booths. We actually enjoy the food at ruby Tuesday but that completely ruined it for us. I would like to add I completely understand if the restaurant is busy and it takes longer however we were the only customers there. Very disappointing. We will not be going back.

I'm a fry guy, so I don't know if that's a great reason to give it 4 stars LOL. But, they did not by any means give you enough rides with your entree or singularly. It's still a great place to eat. The food is really good and the service is slightly above par

They had another large party (18) come in ahead of us and we ended up waiting or over an hour to get our food. The waitress apologized several times but we were never offered any kind of compensation. A free drink or a dessert would have been nice.

Went last night, ordered what I normally order. Hickory bourbon salmon and broccoli. My family ordered burgers. Cool. When the salmon came out, it wasn't cooked all the way through. I thought it was just me but it looked uncooked. Once I tasted it, it tasted raw as well. So I politely told the waitress. She apologized and offered to have another brought out. Fair enough. The manager came out and apologized as well.

I don't usually dine at fast casual chain restaurants. But my daughter and I were running errands and the options in Warrenton are painfully limited to fast food places and chains. My first instinct when we walked in was to leave and go elsewhere. I should have followed that instinct. The place was filthy! There was food all over the floor, the tables looked like they had been wiped down with dirty, wet rags, and the place was shabby, worn, and falling apart. But we just wanted a quick bite, how bad could it be? Our waitress was pleasant enough when we saw her. The place was almost empty, (wonder why?), but all of the staff seemed to be hiding in the back. I never saw any energy from any of them and definitely felt like they didn't want to be there any more than we did. I tried to order a healthy meal of blackened tilapia, sautéed broccoli & grilled zucchini. The calories are even on the menu. My daughter ordered fried chicken Mac & Cheese. My "blackened" tilapia was bland and undercooked. The broccoli tasted like it had been cooked in a pound of butter. The "grilled" zucchini was floating in so much oil that I had to use my napkin to absorb it and wipe off my plate in order to try it. It was a soggy, overcooked mess. The zucchini had a weird sort of burnt taste like it had been cooked on a dirty cooktop that hasn't been cleaned thoroughly in a very, very long time! It was disgusting. My daughter ate a few bites of her Mac & Cheese and never touched the chunks of fried chicken sitting on top. I tried a couple bites of her food as well and the Mac was sort of tasteless and congealed, not hot, but not cold either. I took one little nibble of the fried chicken and almost spit it out! It tasted like it had been fried in old, dirty oil. NASTY! We barely ate, paid our bill and left as fast as we could. I considered calling the manager over, but what would be the point? I didn't really want a free dessert or a coupon to come back another time. Lesson learned! I went home and ate a huge bowl of fresh berries just to detox from the disgusting experience. Now I know why I don't eat at these god-awful chain restaurants!

The manager came out and apologized as well. So, now we wait. 15 minutes go by. My family is done eating. Mind you, we stopped in there in the midst of Christmas shopping. 20 minutes pass. I'm starving. Family's waiting. 35 minutes go by. Waitress says 'a few more minutes and your food will be out'. I tell her we're kind of in a hurry so can I just get it to go now? 'sure no problem'... 40 minutes go by (after my family took their last bites). Now we're inching up to 50 minutes. We've been in this restaurant a total of about two hours. I finally go up to the bar and tell the waitress 'look we've been waiting A REALLY long time, and we're basically out of time. Can you just forget the salmon and bring our check?' I'm still being nice but GOOD GRIEF. Here's the punchline. She comes to the table and says 'that cook needs to get his stuff together. I told him I needed that salmon, and he said he just isn't gonna be able to get it to me'. So the cook evidently tells the waitress 'he ain't making no more salmon'. And instead of anybody letting us know, we just sat there like some Fools for an hour. With no food coming. This place is ridiculous. Then she still brought us a check. They didn't charge for the salmon, but did charge for the meal, with two free entrees next time we come in. "NEXT TIME we come in??? Lol at 'next time we come in' because that was the last time.
