This business no longer exists. Lost lease and closed its doors the summer of 2024.
Joann is a marvelous server and extremely helpful in selecting an entree that matched our taste.
Everything you would expect from a charming little town. Welcoming, friendly, and quaint. The breakfast was fabulous.

I stopped by to get an Italian Sub to go when I was in Warrenton. I'd never been to Sunny Hills before, but I will come back. The sandwich was delicious, with lots of fresh ingredients. The severs were friendly and helpful, too. I will try other menu items when I return. I like the interesting decor and the stools at the long counter.

Perfect place for brunch with friends and family. Their menu is rather eclectic- which perfect for regional foodies. We always prefer the patio tables, weather allowing. They also have excellent bakery treats inside near the cash register. And their wait staff is always very attentive and courteous.
Pleasant atmosphere with that "down home" feeling. Servers are attentive and make you feel welcome. Nice selection of food with prices that won't break the bank. Only drawback for me is that they don't serve hash browns, but on the other hand they do have excellent sausage gravy. Not a huge place, but tables and a "breakfast bar" are both available. If you're looking for a fancy place, look elsewhere.

Amazing brunch folks! Worth the stop in for the delish offerings. This cozy little place offers more and better of one would expect in such a quiet a quaint town as Culpeper! Be it Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner here’s the place for quenching your thirst and hunger while at Warrenton – and the service is mighty fine.

Best breakfast around. Never had better sausage gravy and biscuits. Potatoes on point. Limited seating.

Loved the small town feel. I noticed how much people came in regularly by how they ordered. It was great to know that comfy hometown places exist

Simple breakfast food, staff is friendly and fast. It's a nice quick breakfast stop. The interior is a little tight but sitting outside is nice.
