We used to really enjoy coming here--once a week even during the summer (we lived walking distance). For the past couple of years though it seems to have been going downhill. Since this past summer it's been even more noticeable. Usually half of the machines or less are functional and the flavors haven't changed in several months. They never have any of the seasonal special flavors Sweet Frog advertises and never update their site with what flavors they currently have. I keep going in hoping for something new but always the same few flavors and a bunch of turned off machines. That and maybe I'm crazy, but I think it's more expensive than the other stores. I really hope somebody will turn this place around.

It was a bright, beautiful Monday afternoon. After departing from a stressful day of school I attended this wonderful establishment. I was immediately welcomed with a nice warm "Welcome to Sweet Frog!" and quality AC to balance out the warm welcome. As I waited for my good lad Caden to join me on my endeavor the two young lads working were very interactive with me. Finally the time had come and Caden was there so we went to go get our ice cream. I went with the pink cup for the aesthetic as well as the overall healthiness as I can only fill it up with so much frozen yogurt. Then it was time to choose my froyo flavors and I was jumping for joy to see the amazing options...I choose cookies n cream! On to the toppings...I was overwhelmed with the wonderful assortment of toppings, but chose the classic cookie dough and white choco chips along with some warm hot fudge! As I weighed my ice cream, being the classic teenage boy I am, I spilled some on the scale. Man was I embarrassed! However, the nice lad named Sean at the front desk was super kind and helped me clean up! Here comes the BOOM moment, as we went to sit down Sean wiped off our table with a warm towel. What great hospitality by the young chump. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit, especially after a stressful school day! Man you can always count on THE Frog to brighten your day!! Will definitely be coming back soon, hoping the fancy lad Sean is working again!!

This is a tried and true formula that rarely goes wrong. Loads of yummy choices, lots of add on extras make thus a terrific place to sweeten up. Friendly gal attendant told us about the Friday "set price" routine, where you pay a set price regardless of weight. They have a giant blackboard where kiddies can draw or leave messages.

This location is disgusting. We walked in and noticed it just looked dirty, but didn't think a lot of it. We got our bowls and went to check out. The cashier barely spoke to us, then asked for a tip. Tip for what?! They sat there talking to each other and hit two keys to ring us up. They did nothing. Didn't greet us when we walked in, nothing. Then my son had to use the restroom, so I took him to the ladies since that's usually cleaner. I was wrong. This bathroom was gross; like it hadn't been cleaned in any way for months. We will never go back there again.

I always love sweet frog's ? frozen yogurt, always hit the spot I really enjoy it, I tried the new apple ? pie ? carmal it's really good, I recommend it

Disappointed in where service priorities are. Walked in right before closing, could we have gotten their sooner, absolutely. We didn’t know what time they closed but the door was unlocked and people were outside enjoying fro-yo. We called multiple times for some one to come hand us the cups, with no answer. All the toppings were still out. At exactly eight, the girl behind the counter comes out and tells us that they are closed and she put the covers on the toppings so we can’t get anything. It’s not that big a deal but it’s frustrating that there is an unwillingness to provide five minutes of service. I’ve worked in service jobs and managed people in them. If that was my employee, I wouldn’t be mad but I would be disappointed. I recommend next time locking the door if you are no longer going to provide the product/service.
