The food is generally good, one of my favored fast food locations. The service has been a little lacking lately. Some of the new hires have the personality of a rock, and every so often the food is made poorly. But it's not that common.

Was headed into work this evening and figured I'd stop at Taco Bell to grab dinner and I am beyond irritated and disappointed. This location took about 10 minutes to take my order and multiple employees made eye contact with me and didn't even bother to take take my order. I understand we have the kiosk option but I do not use my card because I can manage my cash. It's Taco Bell.. I have come back to update my review, for whatever that's worth. I usually order through the app to save the frustration of the communications breakdown suffered at the drive-thru speaker, but today my food wasn't even close to what I ordered online. How hard is it to read English? Apparently, by the looks of the food in my bag, it's damned near impossible. Hey Taco Bell managers... stop hiring people from McDonalds.
