Ashleigh & Joe were so thrilled with the appetizers you provided for their recent 1st Friday wedding, and among other delights we've been in love with your chicken salad for years. Venus & Eva are so lovely to work with and we so deeply appreciate your generosity and friendship.

Went in on a Saturday morning to avoid the lines at the market. Everything was really good! I tried a breakfast burrito and tacos, and they were both delicious! Reasonably priced too. Staff were very nice and restaurant was very clean

Everything here is amazing! Favorites are the turkey, sweet potato chili and the ginger chicken stew. Neither of which I thought I would like, I was wrong, they are soooo good. I have not had a dish that wasn’t a hit. Thank you Venus for your wonderful shop!

I absolutely looove the Wellness Kitchen! The cilantro chicken salad is the best chicken salad I’ve ever had - tastes so good with fresh tomatoes. I look forward to the stuffed pumpkin every year, it’s my favorite winter feature. Perfect for Thanksgiving dinner, there’s never a slice left!!! The bone broths are some of my favorites as well, so delicious and healing

Vegetarian options: The kitchen offers so many vegan and vegetarian options, I love how Venus works with my dietary needs.

Not only does the food taste great. Eating The Wellness Kitchen’s foot for two weeks made me feel so good.

Kid-friendliness: The owner and staff are the sweetest. I enjoy piping in just to say hi.

This was so nice and quaint. They're not a full-service restaurant. They have a few select items that they offer as they are primarily a kitchen that supplies take away to consume elsewhere or freeze.

Just got my first meal from Wellness Kitchen: lamb meatballs w/rice pilaf wrapped in collard greens. Really delicious! It’s so hard to get affordable, healthy AND delicious food. Thank you!

I have been ordering prepared meals to stock my frig with healthy quick options for about two weeks now. This is a great option and keeps me from ordering the unhealthy fast food, take out options that okay as a treat but I was ordering pizza and such way too often. Highly recommend giving this a try!

This is much more than a caterer! Go here for freshly made though frozen, meals. Ingredients are obtained locally, through reputable farms. Venus is incredible and warm! Go here for your Thanksgiving needs.. you walk in and find Venus cooking meals for sale! Get a restaurant- quality meal for take home and heat up! Fresh beef AND chicken broth. A gem of a find.
