This is a great place! I can't overstate how wonderful Vint Hill is or the amount of fun we have when we visit. The folks that work and visit there are nice, the wine is great and the ambiance is fantastic. Definitely a great place to enjoy wine and learn a thing or two. We like it so much we joined the wine club and joined Mark as he taught us how to make wine ourselves!

My husband and I have been participating in the home wine making class at Vint Hill Craft Winery for the past 9 years, We have made wonderful wines. We look forward to choosing what we'll make and designing our labels every year! It's always fun to pull out a bottle of "house wine" when friends come over for dinner.

We stumbled across Vint Hill Winery a few months ago when we bought our house. During our first visit, we loved the wine and staff so much we decided to become wine club members. Every visit, we always feel so welcomed and have a great experience. Recently, we decided to do their Wine Making class and had the chance to learn the process from the head wine maker, Mark. The staff is very knowledgeable and loves educating visitors… every thing we know is because of them… literally, lol. We look forward to our next visit and next wine release!

Fantastic winery in Northern VA. While they don't grow grapes on-site, sources from various prominent regions, their wines are great quality and accommodations are fantastic. That location allows you to park, visit the winery, a brewery, a Cafe, and various other recreational shops (winery was still the show winner IMO). Highly recommend!

Great craft winery with fun history of barn used by WW2 code breakers. There labels are historical pin up girls of WW2 to cheer up troops. Their red wines great. Vanessa Pinot noir is a win win I rate at 92 minimum. Go during week and get 30% off a case of 12.

End of summer fireside. Fun place to meet old and new friends. I'm told wine is very good. I don't drink.

I am very upset that I wasted my time and money at this winery. Along with mediocre wine, there was a sign with direction and distance to "Moscow" before the entrance to the building where you purchase wine. It is very offensive to any Ukrainian or anyone who has been supporting Ukraine's fight for freedom in USA over the last 1.5 years or more. Imagine having a sign pointing to Berlin during WW2. THIS IS SO OFFENSIVe! I am not sure what to attribute this sign's appearance to - lack of brain or hearts on the part of owners of the winery? I will definitely never spend another dime here if this signs remains. If you are supporters of Ukraine, don't support this business! What a shame! Before I posted this, I made my voice known at the counter of the winery.

I love the nose of their Reds, they seem to jump out of the glass. My wife smelled jam when I brought the flight over. Definitely recommend visiting....

Went on a date here. It was just beautiful and relaxing. The service was really good. They explained everything, and we got a bottle to go as well. We didn't purchase food, but I do recommend bringing a little charcuterie food.

Our favorite Virginia winery. Relaxing atmosphere, especially in great weather. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and inviting. The wine is outstanding. My wife and I try to get here as often as possible.

This place is such a gem! So glad I stumbled across it, this is one of the closet wineries to me and was family friendly! They also allow you bring outside food/snacks. They have tons of indoor and outdoor seating(with shade), also taking reservations for tables. Overall great place, would recommend and will be coming back !

We popped in to try some wine while we waited for a wedding to start down the street. My husband does not know much about wine, so we shared a tasting. The man giving us the tasting was very knowledgeable and friendly. I'm usually not a fan of Chardonnay, but "Charlotte" was one I enjoyed because it wasn't as oaky as other chardonnays I've had before. After the tasting, we got a glass of "Rosie," the rose and "Madison," the petit manseng. Both were crisp and nice to enjoy while hanging out on the rainy day waiting out the time. Before leaving, we also picked up a couple bottles as gifts.
