10/10 will come back! Had the Veg Out on the best everything bagel. The bagel was perfect and it had a good amount of schmear and veggies. Loved it.

The best lox sandwich I’ve ever had! The poppy seed bagel is my favorite and it pairs perfectly with everything. The place is cozy, the staff are very kind, and the service is fast and accurate. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys real bagels. They also have a proper coffee machine, so you can order your coffee with confidence.

Cereally some of the best most creative food here, I try to get something different each time I come, and it’s ALL good! Staff is always friendly, very clean, you play 80’s music (woo hoo), and just love the good vibes 😎 So glad you are here 💜

Got this certificate and have emailed several times to set up and no response. Would like to have tried but if you can't respond to email I'll never know.

Visiting from PA, my friend who absolutely loves this place, brought me here. Delicious is an understatement, the variety of homemade bagels, spreads, drinks, and coffee options is out of this world. I can’t recommend this establishment enough. If you are from the area and don’t frequent it, you are truly missing out! ❤️

I stopped by WeirdDoughs on a Sunday late morning, lured in by the promise of carbs and caffeine—and I have to say, it was a bit of a mixed experience.
Let’s start with the highlight: the dirty chai tea. Absolutely phenomenal. It tasted like drinking fall in a cup—warm spices, bold espresso, and just the right amount of sweetness. I’d come back for that alone.
The Vegged Out Bagel on a cheddar onion bagel was a delightful combination—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. However, as a Northerner, I have to admit the bagel itself left something to be desired. If you're used to the chewy, doughy perfection of a true NYC bagel, these might feel more like pretzel rolls in disguise. Not bad, just... not quite bagels.
The space has potential but feels underdeveloped. It’s semi-inviting but sparse—lots of bare walls and not much character. With a name like WeirdDoughs, you’d expect some quirky, playful decor or at least a creative nod to the brand. Sadly, they missed the mark there.
The crowd was another miss. During my visit, the space was overrun with teens taking selfies and hanging out in the ordering area, making it difficult to get from the register to a table. I watched staff struggle to get orders out to customers because of people hanging out blocking paths to tables. The layout doesn’t help either—the ordering and pick-up flow is awkward and quickly turns into a bottleneck during busy hours.
All in all, WeirdDoughs has some strong points (did I mention the chai?) but could benefit from some layout tweaks, atmospheric upgrades, and a little more personality to truly live up to its name. I plan to return to try a vegged out on a different bagel and to get my chai fix.

Yesterday was our third time eating here. It’s always a great experience. The staff is always friendly and patient. The restaurant and restrooms are always clean. My daughter and I love to come here on “dates”. I surprised her yesterday and she was so excited when we pulled up. We have tried something new every time but I have to say, based off preference, the breakfast sandwiches are the most amazing choice here. The coffee drinks are always wonderful and beautiful. The bagels with the different spreads are delightful. But the breakfast sandwiches are out of this world. Very creative and well put together. *chefs kiss* Check them out, you won’t regret it. Also, we had an experience where they were short staffed, but it didn’t stop us from coming back. So please keep in mind they are a small business and things happen. Be kind and appreciate such a wonderful delicacy right here in Warrenton.

The bagels are fantastic if a little pricey, but it's all made from scratch. I've had a minor issue here once, and the owner was super responsive and I really appreciate her dedication to the business and overall excellence.

Last Saturday, I enjoyed a delicious—perfectly imperfect—ham, egg, and cheddar cheese on an everything bagel. The staff's friendliness, even close to closing time, and their dog-friendly pup cups (with blueberry treats!) were enjoyed by my dog. The bagel itself was unique, freshly made, and expertly toasted. A great experience! The space was clean and inviting.
The owner's warm welcome made my dog and me feel at home, even though we were from out of town. A quick chat before my drive left me feeling like we were old friends. I wish I lived closer for several reasons. The HEC Bagel is just one.
I grabbed a few bagels for the road; they're unlike anything back home.

I absolutely LOVE this place! It's a bit of a hike for me but well worth the trip. My favorite is the bagel and lox. The owner is always there when we go in, which I love when visiting small businesses. Definitely a hard-working and service focused place, with fresh quality food and a great atmosphere. My only wish is that it was closer!

The bagels are alright there is nothing special about them other then it doesn’t come from a grocery store. One thing I can NOT stand though is the fact that who ever runs their Facebook CLEARLY uses AI to write all of their posts. For a place called Weirddoughs it’s pretty lackluster

I came here because of the glowing reviews—big mistake. Sure, the place is “cute” if you’re into the Instagram version of a bagel shop, but the prices? Absolutely laughable. $15 for a breakfast bagel? In a rural town? Are we in Brooklyn or did I miss a memo?
I wouldn’t mind the price if the food was remotely worth it—but it’s not. The bagel was oddly shaped, overly thick, and somehow still managed to taste stale. The sausage and egg were straight-up uninspired—think drive-thru McDonald’s minus the flavor and half the moisture. No sauce, no seasoning, nothing that brought it together. Just dry-on-dry-on-dry.
This place feels like it’s trying so hard to be “elevated” that it forgot to be edible. I’m all for supporting local businesses, but not when they’re selling mediocrity at fine-dining prices. One visit was more than enough for me.
