Idk what’s happened recently but this location is insanely slow. Like you can’t even get your order in slow. Like wait at the speaker for 10 minutes slow. It used to be fast and awesome now it’s horrible.

Vanessa IS TERRIBLE!!! She needs to be fired she was very very rude from the time I walked in… when she was taking my order she was acting very annoyed. She needs to know how to deal w customers even on her bad days do BETTER! Fire her!

Rude, Obnoxious, refuse to speak to customers in English thank god I spoke Spanish however ignored the nice elderly African American Lady. Got order wrong yelled at me, manager was not any better couldn’t care less about the staff behavior dismissed my complaint and just kept head down. Just baffled guess franchisee don’t care and Wendy’s franchisor hasn’t seen all the complaints. Hope they get their people customer service training, re-evaluating, and new people that want to work and get the job done.

Came before my daughter’s softball game for a quick bite to eat, since our daughters were begging for Wendy’s and my daughter loves Wendy’s frosty’s. My husband went to counter to start the order and the cashier Maria as per the receipt as no one wears name tag, was obscenely rude and beyond obnoxious. When we asked if we can get a burger on the kids meal but make it with bacon and we’d pay the up charge she said no you can’t do that so my husband said fine than we’ll get meal, the cashier sighed and huffed and puffed and called the manager for a void, so he continued the transaction.

When her colleague was trying up the food I asked him for the receipt to ensure that everything was accurate and noticed his food wasn’t on there, and that the frostys were wrong. At this point I asked Maria, about his order and she then proceeded to get hostile with me for which I did respond back no longer in English and switched to Spanish and asked her to provide me with her manager, I won’t deal with her attitude, if she doesn’t like her job than maybe she should go home.

The manager didn’t care he would not look at me, even say hi, I had to ask him if he was the manager, he said ya, didn’t even provide me with his name. He didn’t even bother to say sorry said oh okay I’ll change frosty and I’ll have to charge you for missing meal which was a number 8, I told him if your employee mistreats customers you may not want them in front of house and or maybe reevaluate their position. He just nodded and another employee shook her head agreeing with me whom was standing no far away from him and Maria, was no where in sight.

At the same time another customer next to us complained as well and the manager spoke to me in Spanish instead of the customer regarding her complaint, which I though was rude because she did not speak Spanish, she was speaking English, he dismissed her, put the items in plastic bag and push her items towards her and went to make my daughters frosty. Talk about first class customer service.

Just a mess, employees and manager are miserable! Corporate and HR needs to do an overhaul here, the Franchise owner obviously isn’t doing the brand justice and giving them a poor reputation.

I've been going to this Wendy's for the past 20 years and not once have they been less than stellar. Easily the quickest fast food to get service from. The food is always hot, fresh, and tasty. Friendly service as well. The most consistent fast food in Warrenton, next to Chic-fil-a.

If you cannot speak English, please do not work the drive thru. I tried explaining multiple times in the drive thru what I needed and the guy didn't have a clue. I finally said never mind and just ordered it the way it came. The girl at the window looked like she hated her job. She was rude. Had zero personality and basically chucked the food out the window. The person with me got the wrong sandwich and we didn't notice until we returned to work. If you can't hire people to work the drive thru that actually understand English, then maybe don't have a drive thru. Super frustrating and I doubt I'll be back to this location until they get their act together. I like their burgers but it's not worth all that hassle.

Multiple times I have gone to the drive through and they have closed at least 20 minutes before their listed hours. The most recent time i made a mobile order and got there 25 minutes before close, and the people inside didn’t answer the drive thru speaker and ignored me so I had to cancel my mobile order. I work 10+ hour shifts and sometimes all I want is a dr pepper and some saucy nuggs, so it’s very upsetting when the restaurant says they’re open but they close so much earlier than listed.

Food is always freshly prepared. Service is prompt and courteous. The crew really seems to function as a team. Always clean.Warrenton Wendy’s raises the standards for all the other Wendy’s.

We always do a pick up order but the food is always good the service is usually pretty fast and the service they are usually friendly

Went to get breakfast didn't know if they was open seeing how they never have any lights on to indicate they are open so I looked it up and it said they was open went through the drive thru and now one answered me drove up and you can see them hiding in the back

The New Mushroom 🍄‍🟫 burger is disgusting!!!!
I took one bite, and I literally had to spit it out. I don’t know if it was just specifically this location, but absolutely horrid wasted my money on a combo meal. Literally had to go to another restaurant just to have lunch just super disappointed and on top of it, the drive-through I was asked if to make it a double or triple no ma’am just a single thank heavens! I would have wasted even more money….

Always nice people but they tend to forget to put all the ingredients in the Apple Pecan salad. Make sure you ask for cranberries if you want them in the salad.
