Second time at this place and wouldn’t come back. Food is pretty good, but the service is not worth it. We waited over an hour for two plates and watched 3 tables get served before us, that got there after us. 2 of the tables had similar/same plates we had ordered and had gotten there about 30 minutes after us. This time and the first time we came, we ordered a plate of jacks to share and never received them. This place is owned by Java Jacks, so no real surprise to receive terrible service. They did offer us our food to go as we were in the line to pay, but after an hour and twenty minutes, we were ready to leave.

Now I love Java, jacks, in Tappahannock. Just a fantastic place. They opened this restaurant, not that long ago and it is a sister location restaurant in Warsaw.Walked in and two girls were standing talking at the register. And the area where we sat, there were tables with some dishes left on tables and the dainty little tablecloth that they put on their tables was littered with crumbs from previous meals. I mentioned that it looks like they haven’t changed their tablecloth in a while, and she went and got another one and changed the table cloth. Their coffee is good and we both got coffee but I had to ask the waitress three times to bring creamer for the coffee. Probably a period of 15 minutes or so without cream. We were not in a hurry, but who likes looking at a nice cup of coffee for that period of time without cream if you want cream. We also got a Coke and it tasted all watered down. I guess is that it set in a picture with ice for a bit and all the ice melted. We ordered our food, and it came out. It looked really good, but it is obvious. The people can’t cook there like at the other restaurant because it was all bland and tasteless.I’m not being mean I’m just telling the truth, and even though this restaurant is more roomy and more bright and the people are friendly. the food can’t hold a light to Java, jacks, in Tappahannoc.

Our waitress gave us water and menus and promptly forgot about us. Literally. 25 minutes later we walked up to the counter to order and she realized that she forgot us. Barely got an apology. Took over an hour and a half just to have a cup of coffee and breakfast. Barista was slow, kitchen was slow…definitely had better experiences there.

Great food and service. Staff very friendly and polite. Nice atmosphere except for somebody's toddler running around squealing loudly for an excessive amount of time.Other than that is was very nice and we will definitely be returning.

Fun place to enjoy food and good coffee! The owners also own Java Jacks in Tappahannock. Food is similar. 5 Stars!

This is the place to go for a great breakfast. Or lunch. Whether you are wanting something light or heavy. The menu has many items to choose from. I always get the caramel late' with 2% milk and whipped topping. I ask for the large cup. They make it so pretty and it's very good. Don't really need a breakfast if you get the large mug. They have different milks for coffee also. So if you prefer oat milk. They have it. The chip beef and gravy is delicious. Fruit cup is a generous portion. The breakfast sandwiches are also good if you aren't seeking a large breakfast. Must also try the jacks - the yummy little donuts. We visit during the week as the weekend mornings can be busy. So you know the food and the service is good when there is a wait. The longest we have ever wait for a table was 8 minutes. Love having more food options in Warsaw.

New restaurant so some kinks need to be worked out. Food was hot and plentiful but service a little on the slow side. We will try

Very friendly and quick service! Plenty of great options for the carb-conscious, simply by having some items asked to be on the side instead of stacked. Eggs poached perfectly. The Jacks are not pancakes but rather beignets, which are better than the ones I had at cafe du monde in new orleans. Just saying :) very happy we stopped in. Almost didn’t based on a couple bad reviews, but our experience was lovely!
