Drive-thru can be slow at times, but unpredictable when it's going to happen. It's been really busy and we've gone through fast, and it's been only 1 or 2 cars ahead and took a long time! I've also had to drive forward and wait for my food, while 5 cars were served at the window behind me.
Staff is hit or miss. Sometimes they are distracted and talkative amongst themselves. Sometimes they are focused and efficient the entire transaction. They are more often friendly than not.
Special orders have always been accurate. Sweet tea has been good and never old tasting. Sodas are sometimes off, either too much carbonation or too little. Food has mostly been fresh and hot. Occasionally get an order you can tell is older and cold.

Right at 10:28 had to get refund orders messed up wouldn’t let me order hot dog 🌭 absolutely pathetic

Worst food from an establishment I've ever gotten. Ordered chicken tenders and a bacon egg and cheese. The sandwich had cheese on it and what appeared to be maybe the skin of eggs you peel off a pan when you wash it that had scrambled eggs cooked in it. It was the thinnest little paper of egg. Yall think im exaggerating but im not. Jaw dropping bull doo doo. It was the size of ½ of a dollar bill but folded and thin as a rolling paper. You could practically see through it. And a ½ piece of bacon. There is no possible way the chicken went into a fryer. Looks like it come straight out the bag into a microwave and then the box. No crisp no brown. It looked like you would expect a frozen breaded orange chicken tender would look. Disgusting. And whoever put this together knows they wrong and I can't believe they have a job. $20 for trash.

I'm pleased with everything I've tried at Hardees, probably with the exception of their coffee, kinda blah, and their breakfast sweet pastries, worse than blah.

My order was not correct when I made mention of it the drive through waiter became upset. Than he did not give me my child's HC. Than I was asked to pull forward to wait evening longer for my food. This is why I stop coming here. The place and service us not what it use to be.

I usually come to this Hardee's on my way to kilmarnock, Virginia. Customer service is good. Food is good in and out.
Service was slow due to employees arguing on the front line on March 31, 2025 @ 10:30am. Very unprofessional.

We ordered our food thru drive thru and it took them 30 mins to prepare and receive my food. Waited patiently. I went inside to inquire on my order. The cashier and cook didn't know what was going on.. very disorganized inside the fast food restaurant. Manager trying to figure people's order. I witnessed the cashier girl being rumor to 80 year old man, who only asked for drink tray. Only do she know, that same man is there everyday with friends supporting the restaurant during the hard and slow times. Sad, thus makes me not go to there to eat due to super slow service and the rumorness to the customers. If she doesn't like her job, then she needs to quit. Management you need to look and think things over and hire better staffing.
