I frequent your Hardee’s is Warsaw VA several times a week and the service is usually very accommodating, however today Samuel was downright Rude!!!! We couldn’t get a 10 piece because they weren’t cooked. We would have waited but were not given the opportunity. When we got back in our vehicle, we didn’t have all of our food and had to go back in. Samuel argued that we got what we ordered but we had the bag of food and the receipt. I am not a complainer and let things slide most of the time however this was over the top in rudeness!

I hate when you walk in a business and rather hearing a friendly greeting, you hear an employee ask "where did all these people come from?" Very slow service for a not too busy labor day morning.

Was told I had to order a combo's when I didn't want any drinks. This place needs better management. Horrible left with out spending any money. Price street Cafe in tappahannock got a nice order and had better tasting
Just awful. The chicken sandwich was greasy, and appeared to be cooked in old oil. It took forever to get out order. The dining room is good.
