What a great representations of Warsaw McDonald’s. No wonder the outside always smells like weed when your two employees are outside smoking in McDonald’s shed. Called and complained and nothing was done. They are probably dropping marijuana in the food in there too.

Warsaw virginia McDonald's. Got order wrong. Had to wait ( drive through order) brought out food, wrong again. Had to wait, again. Came back with food, checked before we left, all looked ok. Then found out on way home got Dr. Pepper instead of Diet Dr pepper, no biggie. 25 minutes later got home. Got bacon qt pounder out of bag, took a bite and it was completely RAW on the inside! Took it out and fed it to the cats. 12 bucks for a raw burger that they forgot to put bacon on, fries that were not hot, but ok and the wrong drink. I was skeptical going there to begin with, definitely won't be going back. Piss poor operation

Courtesy is awesome, but who ever manages the food prepares need to be more on hand. I purchased a quarter pounder w/ cheese comdo, and upon removing from box, ketchup poured all over me! I had to return to work. Nasty! I will never go there unless it's for breakfast. Better service. For lunch, I'll be going somewhere else where my food won't be cold and ger watery tea because they were slow to bring my order out!! Went there 4/10/2025, breakfast wasn't ready so had to park in #1 spot. Smart mouth girl brought it out with bad piercings and attitude saying was waiting on hashbrown, what did I want her to do. This place is going down hill. Time for me to go to Hardee's!

The team from Chick-fil-A needs to come in and teach this group about speed and service. The line is always backed up around the building and they move at a snails pace because they could care less.

I come to this McDonald’s more often than I like to admit.. normally I have a decent experience. Today it was awful. I placed an order online and got into drive through at 10:23. I waited and waited in line and the line was barely moving so by the time I got to the speaker it was 10:33. I told the employee I had a mobile order and he replied “that order got cancelled” I told him NICELY I had been waiting in drive through for 10 minutes prior and he said absolutely NOTHING. I waited patiently thinking he was talking to someone to see what they could do. I waited and waited.. and waited. I started saying hello about 10 minutes later after the cars behind me started driving around. He still said nothing. Then I called the store and informed the blonde manager with a ponytail what happened (while I was still at the speaker) Instead of saying sorry for her employee not saying anything and being rude she decided to be rude as well. She also attempted to gaslight me and say that the employee was talking to me. He wasn’t. If he had said there was nothing he could do I would have just pulled off, I would’ve been unhappy but I wouldn’t have fussed. All the employee had to do was tell me but instead him and the manager both thought having me sit in drive through and wait (even though they weren’t going to make my order) was appropriate. She didn’t apologize for the fact that I waited for 20 minutes just to hear I couldn’t get my order or anything. Her tone was absolutely terrible, everytime I come through there I’m very nice to the workers, I treat them with respect so to have someone disrespect me felt terrible. This honestly is the worst experience I’ve had at any McDonald’s ever.
The food here is fairly good, especially in a pinch when you need a quick meal. I stopped by around 10:30 tonight and when I went through the drive thru no one answered to take my order, even though I saw someone taking out trash outside. I finally gave up and drove away, and then saw signs taped on the windows that said closed. The hours are clearly posted as 5-11. I’m a bit annoyed to be honest.

Definitely check your pick up order before you leave. At this point not sure if it's intentional or not but the last 2 times I picked up an order they either neglected to include an entire meal or skimmed on the number of items in an order. They can save a lot of money if they do this regularly to most of their customers daily! ***Update*** third time they forgot an item & I caught it before I left. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE!🙄
