Well once again this McDonald's has dropped the ball. Can't fill an order correctly. 25 years and nothings changed. The owner should lose the franchise. I will start going across the river to another fast food joint. ??

How do yall forget a pulled order. Had us pull into a parking spot, sat for 15mins. Then my little sister went in and was told it’s still not ready but was cleared off their screen. Smh. It was a big Mac and fries ?. Literally tappahannock location has always been better. Maybe learn off of them??Do better

Ordered 2 chocolate shakes and gave me they were the whitest chocolate shakes I ever seen. Lady had attitude. I saud just forget it and left. They were vanilla When I said we had ordered Chocokate, she looked at me and said they are. Nope vanilla

Ordered my food, paid for it, got up to the pick-up window, and the person gave me my drink, a bag with someone else's order, I gave it back, and she handed me a bag with the wrong order again. I then had to repeat the order back, and then she said I didn't order it, I then gave her the receipt so she could see I was correct. Then came the attitude. This McDonald's is the only one in town. Definitely check your pick up order before you leave. At this point not sure if it's intentional or not but the last 2 times I picked up an order they either neglected to include an entire meal or skimmed on the number of items in an order. They can save a lot of money if they do this regularly to most of their customers daily!
