My fiancé and I went here Saturday night for the first time ever , the food was absolutely incredible! Highly recommend the Mexican street corn dip! Our server was named Kristina and she was wonderful and our 18m son who was with us he adored her !!!! She was very polite and was very efficient!!!We will definitely be coming back !

This use to be one of our favorite restaurants. Always brought our guests here. Sadly, we went there last night and were extremely disappointed. I was really looking forward to the fried banana peppers which are sadly no longer on the menu. Ordered my favorite, seared tuna taco. What I received was a soft tortilla with lettuce and 2 pieces of tuna on it with a pineapple salsa (x3). It was very disappointing, flavorless and very different from what it used to be. The burger my friend ordered crumbled in his mouth. First time I have ever seen them not finish a burger. The one good note was that the wait staff was still exceptional.

The hostess girl didn't assign a waitress to our table and we had to wait ages, she let us sit there and did nothing. Yet somehow she appeared super quickly when cash came out. Hope she isn't taking tips from that waitress!

Went there today and the service was exceptionally slow. We got there a lil after it opened at 3:00, ordered appetizers and even placed our order about ten minutes later—it took an about an hour and half to get our food after ordering. We did have a party of “6”however there was a table next to us with a party of “6” that came in after us and received their food before us. It seemed other people coming in after us got their order before us. I don’t like the automatic tip applied on the bill based on your check amount. Although our waitress was nice but the whole experience from start to finish was just not good. I don’t think I would visit this business again, the food was just okay and mostly all the meals were overly seasoned. I have been there before and the food and service was amazing but this trip and experience I would probably rate a 2 out of 5. Please let the customer decide the tip amount and not have a predetermined amount already applied to your bill.

We decided to sit outside tonight... The hostess response should have been a clue as to how our experience was going to be. Food was salty, over cooked and under cooked!! There's a different chef here and we won't be back!!

The food really is good but it depends on who serves you as to the experience you will have. I just called on a Tuesday night at 6:47pm to order something “to go.” I was told by the person who answers the phone that they don’t take orders to go “this late.” According to the website, they are open until 10pm. I’m confused and aggravated.

We have been coming to the Tap House for the last two years, and over the last 6 months the food quality has gone down significantly. When we first started coming there, there were new specials each week, something different and unique. Now, it’s Crab Legs and Steamed shrimp, or the same sushi rolls and poke bowls, EVERY WEEK. We went just last night for the steak and cheese special, just to be served steak-ums on a soggy hotdog bun. The quality just seems to not be there anymore.
The servers work their tails off and have always been friendly, nice and timely!
